Biography

Was born on October 17, 1967 in Leningrad (since 1991 - St. Petersburg).

2012 - 2015 - the director of the department of development of physical culture and mass sport of the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation, Moscow.

December 19, 2015. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2623-r it is appointed the Deputy Minister of Sport of the Russian Federation.
