2020: Appointment of the deputy administrator of the Moscow Department of Healthcare

In the middle November, 2020 Ilya Tyrov was appointed the deputy manager of the Moscow Department of Healthcare. The corresponding order was signed by the capital mayor Sergey Sobyanin.

Accept Tyrov Ilya Aleksandrovich on the public civil service of Moscow and appoint to a position the deputy manager of the Moscow Department of Healthcare, said in the document published on the official site of the mayor of the capital.

In the same place it is told that the office contract with Ilyyom Tyrovym is signed for a period of three years, but does not exceed a term of office of the Mayor of Moscow. Thus, the head Moscow Depzdrava had nine deputies.

In April, 2020 Tyrov was appointed the chief non-staff specialist of the Moscow Department of Healthcare on IT. He is known in medical and IT community that he directed implementation of the Uniform Medical Information and Analytical System (UMIAS) in Scientific Research Institute of Emergency Medicine of N.V. Sklifosovsky. Besides, under his supervision the scientific research institute was entered into it a new format of work of reception – "the doctor to the patient".^[1]
