Born May 24, 1976.

Graduated from Moscow State Technical University "STANKIN," Faculty of "Information Technologies" and International University in Moscow, Higher School of Business and Management.

Academician of the International Academy of Communications, winner of an MBA degree.

In 1995-1997 worked as a senior engineer in the technical department of Incoma Ltd.

In 1997, he became the head of the telecommunications department of ZAO NetLine.

In 1998-2000, he held the positions of Technical Director, Director for Business Development of TZ Telecom CJSC.

In 2000, he moved to ZAO Startelecom as Director of Business Development, and in 2002 he became CEO of the company.

2024: Death Report

The general director of the Mastertel holding Vitaly Yezopov was found dead in his apartment, Telegram channels Baza and Mash reported on August 7, 2024. According to Baza, the top manager breathed nitrous oxide. Shortly before that, in June, the man informed the media about an attempt to raider the Mastertel holding and attempts to liquidate the holding's oldest and leading company, Mastertel JSC.

According to Baza, Vitaly Yezopov's relatives and colleagues began to worry when he did not go to work on August 6. He did not answer calls. By evening, the police, together with the entrepreneur's wife, came to his apartment on Osennaya Street. The door was locked.

Going inside, the operatives saw Yezopov's body. He lay on the bed, above the upper torso there was a dome for inhaling gas, and next to it was a cylinder and a tube with the inscription "Nitrogen." According to the preliminary version, Yezopov inhaled nitrous oxide, did not calculate the dose and died of asphyxia.
