Contour. Power of Attorney entered the register of Russian software. SKB Kontur announced this on October 30, 2023.

The service will be able to use not only commercial, but also state organizations, as well as corporations with state participation.

State organizations cannot use foreign services - this is provided for by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 16.11.2015 No. 1236. The exception is foreign programs that have no analogues in the Russian Federation. State institutions can work only with domestic software, and the one that is included in the unified register. As of October 2023, it contains 18 thousand programs.

Now state organizations and enterprises with state participation can issue machine-readable powers of attorney for all employees and manage them in one window.

Integration with Directum RX

Directum and SKB Kontur create an integration module that automates business operations with a large number of electronic signatures and machine-readable powers of attorney. Using the API, the user can configure the information system of his company so that it itself forms the register of the MCD of counterparties, and then automatically checks it with the powers of attorney that come to the company. If the system finds the MFD in the list and the status of the power of attorney in the register of the Federal Tax Service is the same, the client will have to click the "Sign" button. If there is no MCD, the API will download it from the distributed register of the Federal Tax Service in xml-format, and the employee will independently visualize it and check the authority of the counterparty.
