2021: The "Breathe Free" and "Atopy Live" programs are launched in the application
The Health of the City company, a resident of the Skolkovo Foundation Biomedical Technology Cluster, together with the biopharmaceutical company Sanofi launched the Breathe Free and Atopy Live programs in its Здоровье.ру mobile application. They will help patients get diseases under control by monitoring the symptoms and factors that can be the cause of exacerbations. The Skolkovo Foundation announced this on March 2, 2021.
The Здоровье.ру application is free and allows you to monitor your health, mark changes, receive up-to-date information about diseases, and quickly make an appointment with a doctor under the compulsory medical insurance policy and in private clinics.
"Здоровье.ру" contains several comprehensive programs for people with different diagnoses. One of them, Atopy Live, offers two types of diaries for patients with atopic dermatitis (AtD): the first will allow monitoring of factors that can cause an exacerbation of the disease, and the second will allow monitoring the dynamics of AtD treatment. According to the individual state determined by the test results in the application, a course is selected for the user, which includes videos and text materials. Thus, the program not only helps to monitor the state of health on a daily basis, but also provides an opportunity to get useful information about the disease, skin care tips and more.
The Breathe Free program also has a diary for patients with bronchial asthma (AD), which helps to record the readings of the picflowmeter and mark when the attack happened, and what factor could have caused it. In addition, informational materials are offered, the content of which depends on the answers to questions during the activation of the program in the application. The course materials contain detailed information about AD, advice on breathing exercises and sports in case of disease, etc.
Programs to accompany and support people with health characteristics are a good tool for the prevention and control of diseases. This is a global vector for the development of digital medicine, which was revealed to us by technology in 2020. I am convinced that digital therapy will become an integral part of our lives and will make a significant contribution to human health. said Eric Brovko, CEO of mobile app "Здоровье.ру"

Patient awareness of the disease and the causes that cause it is as important as the doctor's recommendations. Unfortunately, not all people can quickly get an appointment with a specialist, especially in the midst of a coronavirus pandemic. That is why for users with AtD and BA and their loved ones, we have created programs in the online application "Здоровье.ру" that make it possible to quickly and free information about the disease, learn to better understand the causes of exacerbations and control them. noted Stanislav Bogdanovsky, general manager of Sanofi Genzeim in the countries of the Eurasian region.

The launch of such digital solutions in the field of practical health care is extremely important for all groups of patients with AtD and AD, especially in realities when the health care system is severely overloaded. The fact of launching the project with the winner of the acceleration selection in a short time indicates the success of the program of the Skolkovo Foundation and Sanofi, clarified Sergey Voinov, Head of Digital Health of the Skolkovo Foundation Biomedical Technology Cluster
