2024: Integration with FSIS Zerno
You can send data from the digital platform to the FGIS "Zerno" in one click. InfoBiS announced this on June 17, 2024.
In accordance with the current regulations for ensuring traceability of grain movement, agropreprytium is obliged to submit reports to federal information systems. The exchange of information about the harvested crop will become easier thanks to the integration of the AgroSignal digital platform and the Zerno FSIS. The developers of the digital platform have created a special tool with which agricultural producers will be able to transfer data for declaration directly to the Zerno FSIS. Read more here.
2023: Ability to order drone field treatment
A joint project of AgroSignal and the ALS Consortium has been launched. Now you can order the processing of the field by drone through the platform for managing agribusiness. Such a service will become available to agricultural producers from 12 regions of Russia, on the territory of which an experimental legal regime (EPR) began to operate on September 16, 2023. InfoBiS announced this on October 9, 2023.
If the agricultural enterprise needs to process the fields, it is enough to leave a request in a specially created section of the AgroSignal digital platform. To do this, you need to fill out a short form in which to indicate the coordinates of the site, as well as the date and time when the work needs to be carried out. This tool can be used for processing plant protection products using drones. The application will immediately go to the platform managing the use of agrodrons of the ALS Consortium, like a taxi order. One of the registered operators-subjects of the EPR who received the request accepts the order and offers the price and conditions, stipulates the required number of agricultural drones for processing fields. At the time of the start of the EPR, it includes 15 operating entities that will be able to perform such work, taking into account all the requirements imposed by the regulatory authorities.
The procedure for obtaining all tolerances for operators-subjects of EPR is implemented within the framework of the ALS Consortium platform, which is the EPR operator for agrodrons. In particular, all the data necessary for the flight are automatically transferred to the regulatory authorities, which will reduce the time from receiving an application to the start of its implementation. The regions on the territory of which the EPR is installed and where the possibility of online ordering of agrodron services will become Astrakhan Volgograd Voronezh-,,,,,,,, and, and, and Saratov Lipetsk Ulyanovsk Tambovskaya Nizhny Novgorod Novosibirsk region Stavropol Altai Territory the Republic. Agricultural enterprises have long mastered agricultural drones, many have their own park. We expect the service to be in demand. The use of agrodrons in the treatment of fields with plant protection products has a number of advantages. BVS does not leave traces on the field and does not damage the culture. Due to the aerodynamic properties of the multicopter scheme, chemicals better cover the surface of the plant. When treated with a ground sprayer, the drops of drugs are large enough and drain from the leaves under the influence of gravity, while agrodrons provide a much smaller drop (fog) that is distributed to the very base of the plants by a downward flow of air from the BVS screws, and swirls inject aerosol on the lower parts of the leaves. Agricultural drones also showed themselves perfectly in hard-to-reach areas where wheeled equipment will not physically pass. In addition, processing is available at any time of the day, including at night, when environmental conditions are most favorable for the introduction of SPR, "said Vladimir Korshunov, General Director and co-founder of the integrated digital platform AgroSignal. |
{{quote 'BAS Consortium LLC initiated the creation of an experimental legal regime for the use of agricultural unmanned aircraft systems within the framework of the Unmanned Aircraft Systems National Project. Using a platform to order agrodron processing will greatly simplify and speed up the process of finding an executor. The project will determine the optimal configuration of agrodrons, which will meet the needs of farms from different regions working with different crops, in different geographical and climatic conditions. In addition, the goal of the project is to stimulate demand for agricultural processing using ALS, which, in turn, will allow implementing one of the tasks within the framework of the National Project - "Stimulating demand for domestic ALS," said the General Director of Consortium ALS LLC Denis Baryshnikov.}}

Plan for the inclusion of Agrosignal in the agroecosystem for the accelerated digitalization of Russian agriculture
On June 25, 2020, it became known that Digital Agro, Agrosignal and Cognitive Pilot will create a single agroecosystem for the digitalization of Russian agriculture as part of a strategic partnership . The partnership will lead to a product that combines full-cycle agro-ERP and unmanned technology management technologies. The first implementations of the joint product are planned in 2020.
According to the company, the solution will be a software and hardware complex for unmanned control of equipment, collection, processing and conversion of telemetry data, as well as conducting the entire economic activity of the company in a single digital circuit.
The total volume of products, services and services implemented by the parties to the agreement will amount to 20 billion rubles. per year by 2023. The parties expect to introduce their technologies in 30% of the farms of the agro-industrial complex market in the amount of over 20 million hectares.
The agroecosystem will include:
- Interface, algorithms for analyzing and processing big data (Big Data), as well as mobile applications for users from Digital Agro.
- Software and hardware complex Cognitive Agro Pilot - autonomous control system agricultural equipment (combine harvester, tractor, sprayer) based on technologies artificial intelligence(). AI
- Digital platform "Agrosignal" (as of June 2020 - the core of the ecosystem "Digital Agro"), which will also act as an integrator of three technologies into a single agro-ERP.
With the help of the agroecosystem, farms will be able to solve practical problems in one interface and use the accumulated agronomic knowledge and technologies in the field of soil science, rationally use technology and optimize control over the implementation of agricultural and operational work.
Users will be able to control crop rotation based on historical data, knowledge about the soil and climate in their household using the Digital Agro application on the tablet, using a constantly updating array of data from sensors installed on agricultural machinery. Digital control of all processes and data will allow you to set accurate tasks for machine operators and monitor their implementation in real time.
In addition, agricultural machinery will be equipped with technologies for partial autonomy of control - only the mode of operation of attachments will remain controlled by the machine operator.
In the process, a common data protocol will be created, which can be used in the future to work with other enterprises in the Digital Agro ecosystem and outside its contour. told Nikolai Bobrov, General Director of Digital Agro |
According to Markets and Markets, by 2026, the global AI market volume in the agricultural sector is about $1 billion and will increase to $4 billion by 2026. At the same time, PS Market Research predicts that the volume of the AI market in the agrosphere by 2030 will amount to more than $11.2 billion.
In Russia, the digitalization of agriculture takes place within the framework of the developed Ministry of Agriculture RUSSIAN FEDERATION industry project Digital agriculture"." According to Digital Agro, only 15% of agricultural companies in the country use digital technologies in their work as of June 2020. On May 20, 2020, the President of Vladimir Putin To the government Russia instructed to develop a number of measures to digitalize agriculture.

{{quote 'author = said Dmitry Proskura, Vice President for Industry Digitalization, PJSC Rostelecom|Our initiative is aimed at introducing Internet of Things technologies into agriculture and accelerating the digitalization of the industry as a whole. Cost reduction and automation of agricultural processes are especially relevant during the epidemic. We recognize the need to support agricultural producers in the current crisis conditions, striving to make their production effective, }}
The platform solution will help farmers to increase business profitability and reduce the cost of servicing agricultural machinery. The software is able to calculate both the area of land cultivation, the volume of harvested crops, and fuel consumption, and the speed at which agricultural machinery moves through the field. By connecting the system, agricultural producers will be able to extract the maximum profit from each hectare.
Cost optimization and cost reduction are now the key tasks of agricultural producers. Companies need to find growth points in the current crisis conditions, and with the installment plan of PJSC Rostelecom, companies can quickly deploy the integration of the digital platform when it is necessary. In fact, this allows you to gain time, multiply increase production efficiency and increase yields already this season, noted Vladimir Korshunov, founder of the Agrosignal system

Agrosignal operates from Krasnodar to Transbaikalia and processes data coming from 4 million hectares. The system is used for April 2020 by more than 200 Russian agricultural enterprises: both large agricultural holdings and small companies.

"Each agricultural farm in Russia has its own" sick "topic," says Vladimir Korshunov, General Director of InfoBiS. - For some, this is too active fuel consumption, for others inefficiently used working hours, others do not always comply with technological processes[1]. |
The result is deplorable - according to the UN, up to 25% of the harvested crop in the country is simply lost. The founders of InfoBiS propose to deal with losses using the Agrosignal agricultural work control and accounting IT system - on average, its use leads to an increase in the profitability of agricultural farms by 20%. Agrosignal allows you to control all processes in the agricultural production chain in real time. All control points - this can be any equipment (combine, tractor, fuel truck), as well as equipment in warehouses, weight, etc. - trackers and sensors are installed. Information from them is transmitted to the cloud system, from where, after processing, it arrives at the client's electronic devices. At the same time, the company does not deal with agronomy.
The online system allows you to eradicate the misuse of consumables in farms. This is not only about fuel and lubricants: for example, in one of the farms, the owner discovered that workers drain expensive "chemistry" into a ditch, since it harms health. Including reduced seed losses. The implementation of technological operations is also becoming more accurate - the work of the agricultural machinery operator can now be quickly adjusted.
For example, in a process such as spraying, the speed of movement of the technique, the temperature regime of the chemical composition, not to mention the concentration of the substance, due to which the field will either become overgrown with weeds, or the crop will "burn."
The system allows, in principle, to change labor wages - instead of a government farm, they can switch to hourly, and at the same time not pay for idle hours. As a result, employees work more, the equipment is less idle, while all technological standards are observed.
The Agrosignal system is used by more than 150 crop farms in Russia, and the serviced area is about 2 million hectares. These are mainly large and medium-sized farms, but there are also very small enterprises among them - with only a few pieces of equipment.
The Agrosignal system works according to the SaaS model, the subscription fee is about 400 rubles per month from the point of control (for example, from a tractor, combine or weight), while the winter months are not paid at all. In general, taking into account the equipment with trackers and sensors, the cost of using Agrosignal is 10-15 rubles per hectare per year.
