2025: Amber L7 production begins
Avtotor began pre-production production of urban electric vehicles Amber L7 of its own design. The model is designed for operation in conditions of dense urban traffic and is created taking into account the requirements of energy efficiency and comfort. The development is carried out jointly with the Moscow Polytechnic University, which takes part in the adaptation of technologies and optimization of design. The launch of production became known in March 2025.
According to Izvestia, the L7 electric car is aimed at students, young families, city services, car sharing and service companies. Alexander Sorokin, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Avtotor Holding, emphasized the uniqueness of the project in terms of import substitution.

The technological process includes the use of modern IT solutions: 3D modeling, virtual tests and digital twins. This made it possible to minimize expensive field tests and speed up development.
