On October 24, 2018 Sberbank reported that together with Yandex started Beru's marketplace. Testing and filling of the platform goods from the checked suppliers began in May, 2018. Since spring of 2018 more than 1000 sellers placed nearly 100 thousand goods items in 600 categories. For October, 2018 on a marketplace it is possible to find children's goods, home appliances and electronics, goods for the house and dacha, goods for animals, food, cosmetics and also to order delivery of drugs. During testing users made more than 180 thousand orders that helped a team I Take to improve service by the time of start.

On October 12, 2018 Yandex.Market reported that on Beru's marketplace the section — Health appeared. There it is possible to purchase drugs and other goods of the pharmaceutical range. Drugs are on sale only in Moscow and Moscow area, other goods so far — through the whole country. Service of the online order of drugs is created together with Beru's partners — Zdravsiti.

The provided section is available on the computer and mobile devices. It is planned that by the end of 2018 in it there will be more than 70 thousand pharmaceutical goods, from means of hygiene to medical devices and also the good selection of drugs including rare and expensive medicines. Buyers will be able to order necessary means on one platform, without spending time for their search in drugstores. It will be possible to take away drugs in any partner drugstore of Zdravsiti — as of October, 2018 it is over 15 thousand points in 78 regions of Russia. 2017: Creation of JV Yandeksom and Sberbank

On August 9, 2017 Sberbank and "Yandex" announced plans to create the joint venture (JV) based on Yandex.Market service. As a result of consolidation of infrastructure and technologies partners intend to develop the e-commerce ecosystem including purchase and sales of goods, including digital.

Terms of agreement provide 30 billion rubles of investment of Sberbank into Yandex.Market. The cost of all joint venture of the company is estimated at 60 billion rubles without future synergy. The parties will separate new business equally, at the same time up to 10% of stocks of the company will go for formation of option fund for the staff of Yandex.Market.

Completion of the transaction is expected by  the end of 2017 after receiving approval of the regulator, conducting complex investment check of Yandex.Market and signing of binding documents.

The president of Sberbank German Gref noticed that the new company will become a part of "a digital ecosystem" of bank.

After closing of the transaction Yandex.Market will continue to work under control of the current command headed by the CEO Maxim Grishakov. He will join the board of Yandex.Market together with three more representatives from "Yandex" and three from Sberbank.
