Scenarios for using Sberbank AI services include working with Selen's Lakehouse solution in natural language, intelligent processing and enrichment of master data at Universe MDM, an AI assistant for working with functional requirements and assets at Universe Data Governance. These scenarios were developed taking into account the wishes of customers and the positive experience of using the GigaChat neural network in the Plus7MayK solution for corporate knowledge management tasks.
