2020: Release of a configuration "DiState: The organizer of e-document flow" for banks

On March 4, 2020 "Disteyt" announced release of a configuration "to DiState: The organizer of e-document flow" for banks.

The solution was projected taking into account features of banking activity and allows to transfer registration of the credits, opening of accounts and other transactions to an electronic form. The bank will be able to pass to paperless technologies and to increase the speed of execution of operations.

It is more difficult to banks to transfer document flow with clients to an electronic format because of restrictions which are imposed by the legislation. First of all this requirement of preserving of a bank secrecy and confidentiality of personal data of clients. For this reason banks cannot use third-party SaaS services of electronic document management because will not be able to guarantee data security.

Configuration "DiState: The organizer of e-document flow" for banks is a shrink-wrapped software product which is installed on the server of financial institution and is under its full control. All archive of documents and information on users is stored at bank, excepting access for the third parties and even the operator of e-document flow. The solution allows to transfer document flow with clients of bank to an electronic format and to get rid of need of a design of transactions in paper form. Banks can receive and send legally significant documents on the main transactions: to opening of a checking account, the organization of collection, providing references and statements, investment of funds in a deposit and to others.

On August 13, 2019 the Aladdin R.D. company announced the tests which are carried out with "Disteyt" on compatibility of the products.
