Diasoft is expanding the capabilities of the Electronic Document Management product, which is part of the Digital Q.Balance. development platform. The company announced this in January 2024. The product is designed to process documents during hybrid or remote operation and the financial organization has a wide network of structural divisions. Product improvements are used in several large Russian banks.

The Electronic Document Management software product allows you to flexibly configure document approval routes taking into account various conditions and automatically maintain documents along the generated route. Users can leave comments during approval, all actions are duplicated by e-mail.

Using the editor, you build matching routes in a graphical representation. All settings of stages, transitions, matching lists, transition conditions, etc. are available. Also built-in check for errors in route construction.

The internal certification center is deployed in the administrator of the Electronic Document Management software product and allows you to issue, certify or cancel enhanced unqualified electronic signature (UNEP) certificates.

About 90% of all documents of the organization can be signed with the help of UNEP. An internal certification center allows you to reduce the cost of issuing signatures and centrally manage their use. With the help of the functionality of our product, you can check the signatures of documents and attached files - both at any transition of the approval route and in e-mail in a notification letter. The electronic signature (EA) can now be configured flexibly with regard to internal workflow policies and business processes.

Signing of documents and attached files may be performed by detachable and non-detachable EP. The imprint of an unattached display used to sign PDF files controls the color, font, location on the page, full or partial indication of details. The detachable display can be used to sign files of any format and formed using Win CryptoAPI and CryptoMissile Defense tools.

The functionality of the Electronic Document Management product allows you to configure personnel electronic document management (CED) using an enhanced unqualified electronic signature (UEP) and an enhanced qualified electronic signature (UEP) in accordance with the requirements of the law.

In addition to sequential negotiation, coordination is now available at the same time by several negotiators. This is required, for example, during an inventory, when the document must be signed in parallel by all members of the commission.

Each approver can leave reviews, agree on documents with the help of EP and revoke approval.

The MeJet protocol allows you to work with a software product using links in an email message. Without entering the program, the user opens the attached files, approves the document and signs it using the display or rejects it. If the document has already been signed, the user can check the status of the display.
