2020: The ability to hold electronic meetings of owners without a preliminary face-to-face meeting of residents
Sergei Sobyanin announced the launch of an updated version of the Electronic House platform. This became known on November 12, 2020.
Now Muscovites can hold general electronic meetings of owners without a preliminary face-to-face meeting of residents of the house, as it was before.
With the help of the platform, the owners of apartments whose houses are included in the plan for major repairs for 2022 can take part in the meeting. In 2021, all Muscovites will have such an opportunity.
In addition, if earlier meetings lasted five days, now residents can determine for themselves the period - from seven to 60 days.
Even if you are not going to hold online meetings right now, then you may benefit from many other functions that the updated "Electronic House" contains - from an electronic message board to a special chat for communicating with housemates, - said Sobyanin |
