For example, after returning from a business trip, vacation or from a summer residence, a citizen registered in a residential premises will be able to apply for recalculation due to temporary absence, if he does not have individual metering devices installed. Previously, to recalculate payments during this time, you had to go to the management company, but now the application can only be submitted online on the portal mos.ru. Of the additional information in this case, it will be necessary to support only a document confirming the absence of citizens at the registration address for a specific period. These can be a copy of a travel certificate, a certificate of being in a hospital or sanatorium, travel tickets, hotel bills and other documents confirming the fact and duration of the temporary absence of a consumer in a residential building.

Users with a standard or full account can use the service. In the first step, the user needs to select the target of the case from the drop-down list. Then you need to specify the address or payer code (a 10-digit combination of digits that is specified in the payment document). At the third step, you need to choose from whose person the application is submitted. It can be the owner/employer himself, his legal representative (parents, guardians, trustees), as well as a proxy representative. Information about the applicant is filled in automatically from the user's personal account. Next, you need to fill in the information about the residential premises: indicate in the property or in the lease it is located and enter its cadastral number. If the right to a residential premises is not registered in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, then the user can add a document confirming such a right to the application independently. After that, it will only remain to attach other mandatory documents, and if desired, add additional ones.

Information about the result of the service will be sent to the applicant's personal account on the portal. If the result is positive, changes to the payer code will be displayed in a single payment document generated in the month following the decision.
