Changing the name of the service "Sports in the yard"

The team of the ecosystem of urban services "Digital Petersburg" has released an update to the mini-application "VKontakte" "I live here." The Sport in the Yard service changed its name to Sports Petersburg, and also received a section that will provide convenient access to the city's sports poster. The developer announced this on October 3, 2024.

In the "Events" section, you can find out what sports events are held near the user's house or in the city. When you click on the icon on the map or on the event, information about it will be displayed in the list - the name with a brief description, age category, date, time and place, address, contact number and site, conditions of participation, etc.

Using filters, you can sort - the selection function is available by sport, date of the competition, district of the city, etc.

Also, "Sports Petersburg" will help find projects adapted to the capabilities of pensioners, people with disabilities or sports events for the whole family.

Updating the service became possible with the support of the Committee on Physical Culture and Sports of St. Petersburg.

Over the past five years, a large number of new schools have been commissioned in St. Petersburg: more than 100 facilities equipped to high standards have been built - with scientific and technical laboratories, swimming pools, media studios. The digital service "Schools" will help Petersburgers easily navigate in educational institutions and choose a school for the child according to the criteria of interest: proximity to home, appearance, profile, specialization. The service will show free places for first graders and tell when and how to apply for admission, - said the vice-governor of St. Petersburg Stanislav Kazarin.

Two sections are available to users: Map and Help.

"Map" will show schools near the indicated place of residence. Educational institutions are highlighted in color depending on their type (secondary school - orange, gymnasium - green, etc.). For each school available on the map, the number of free places is shown. General statistics on free places in a particular area and throughout the city are also presented.

When clicking on the school of interest, you can get acquainted with the main information: specialization, number of places, link to the site, contact details of the educational institution and the director's name. Also in the information block are the contact details of the conflict commission of the district where the educational organization of interest is located.

If the selected school is suitable for the user, then he can use the "Sign up for Public services" function to apply for admission to the first grade.

For the convenience of working with the card, a filter is available that will help clarify the request for the selection of the school. There is an opportunity to consider educational institutions only with free places, as well as the following criteria: the type of educational institution (gymnasium lyceum, secondary school, etc.), profile (humanitarian, technological, universal) and specialization (for example, English, geography, computer science).

The Help section provides the Memo and Utility tabs. "Memo" ― this is conveniently submitted information about the basic rules of admission to the first class, enrollment criteria, information about the necessary documents and the enrollment procedure itself.

The "Useful" tab contains links that will help parents of schoolchildren and future first graders: "Electronic Diary," "Portal of the Olympiad Movement," "My School" and the Center for Career Guidance "Vector."

Add Active Longevity Service

The team of the ecosystem of urban services "Digital Petersburg" has released an update for the mini-application "VKontakte" "I live here" ― the service "Active longevity." This resource will help people of pre-retirement and retirement age find interesting leisure options that are available in St. Petersburg, as well as provide useful information about benefits, payments and financial literacy. This was announced on January 11, 2024 by the Committee for Informatization and Communications of St. Petersburg.

The service of the mini-application "I live here" "Active longevity" simplifies access to information about circles and sections that may interest people of "silver age." The "Leisure" section contains a database of specialized courses in foreign languages, dance and sports clubs, creative circles, interest clubs, including to improve computer literacy.

The user can filter the sentence by subject or district. By default, the service shows leisure options closest to the current geoposition, but for more choice, a map of the city has been placed in a separate section, which has the same base of leisure and charity centers. By clicking on the point indicated on the map, the user opens a card with a short description of the club and its current contacts. The map also allows you to build a convenient route to the selected place.

The "Useful" section contains information about payments and benefits with a complete list of the required documents for their registration, materials on financial literacy, as well as useful tips on how not to become a victim of fraudsters. In addition, from the platform via a direct link, you can get to the State Public services portal for an appointment with a doctor, as well as find out the current phones for an appointment with the MPSC.
