On April 8, 2019 the Zebra Technologies company announced the output of the mobile MC9300 computer allowing the enterprises to upgrade the mobile solutions to go in step with the growing requirements of electronic trading, at the same time providing easier and short period of training, higher speed and accuracy of the fulfillment and also performance increased by 10% in comparison with alternative devices.

Developed for ensuring high-quality work of direct contractors in warehouses, on production, in logistics and in office zones of shops, MC9300, according to the producer, is an optimal solution for inventory management, the organization of process of loading/unloading, processing of returns, end-to-end warehousing, quality control, tracking of loads and use of applications of price audit. Its technology of scanning allows to read out direct marking of products (DPM), the barcodes executed by a shock and point or laser engraving and to quickly recognize the one-dimensional and two-dimensional barcodes which are practically on any status from three inches in size (76 mm) to 70 feet (21 m). At the same time the computer has sufficient flexibility for scanning of objects in small tanks or on pallets on upper shelves of racks. Besides, in MC9300 the powerful PowerPrecision battery + with a capacity of 7000 mAh is installed that promotes achievement of high efficiency and performance of work thanks to reduction of a downtime of the device, claim in Zebra Technologies.

According to the producer, the powerful and strong MC9300 portable computer is almost impregnable for water and dust and also is protected from falling. For work in difficult conditions of cold storage one of modifications of MC9300 is equipped the system of the heating elements and the battery suitable for work at low temperatures. Modification is also available to work in dangerous usloviyakhv class C1D2 zones.

According to the statement of the producer, MC9300 has usual, well familiar design, the improved performances thanks to the  Android operating system (OS), the physical keyboard and completely touch screen. The mobile MC9300 computer is equipped with the touch screen with diagonal 4.3 inches (109 mm) which is protected by the heavy-duty Gorilla Glass glass, and set of six keyboards providing flexibility during the work with the various business applications using this or that method of input. The device uses the processor of Qualcomm supporting the expanded platform for application development and providing not less than two updates of Android OS for decrease in total cost of ownership with the device. Besides, in it the front and back cameras allowing to take the picture and videos with high extent of detailing for documentation of certificates of a status and compliance are mounted optionally.

As Microsoft is going to stop support of devices based on Windows Embedded Handheld/CE 7 in 2020 and 2021 according to, MC9300 provides an optimal method of transition from outdated Windows OS to Android. Also on MC9300 the application of terminal emulation (TE) using graphic opportunities of the device and at the same time supporting a traditional method of "the green screen" for free transition and reduction of time of start is pre-installed, the producer emphasized.

According to the producer, the protected MC9300 is developed to ensure reliable functioning of the device during more long lifecycle of components, long independent operation and also resistance to damages, availability and ensuring long-term support of the device. MC9300 is compatible to the available charging infrastructure via the adapter that allows to use again, but not to replace accessories to all line of devices and also to reduce the number of electronic waste.
