If necessary, the system enriches the existing gold record with additional information. Using this mechanism, "Harmony MDM" can independently process over 80% of the total volume of duplicate records without involving the manual labor of the operator.

Another refinement is the hierarchical classification guide, which distributes object classes (for example, stationery or tools) and item items by hierarchy, depending on the characteristics assigned to them. This reference book provides an advanced search option. This allows you to easily select and view the desired categories of objects and edit their descriptions, and, if necessary, create new characteristics, edit and move certain nodes to other levels of the hierarchy.

In addition, the developer optimized all system services in accordance with the current customer requirements for data collection, processing requests for adding and editing records, checking business rules, and deduplication. Special attention was paid to improving the convenience of operators with applications: the ability to quickly find problematic applications, find out and eliminate the cause of the problem, make appropriate adjustments to the system.
