2021: Launch Mobile App
The Moscow City Telephone Network (MGTS), a local wire operator in Europe, part of the MTS Group, announced on February 8, 2021 the launch of a mobile application for Virtual PBX, which will allow entrepreneurs and representatives of state and municipal institutions in the Moscow region to control the flow of calls to the enterprise using a smartphone.
The mobile application is a complete replacement for the web version of the Virtual PBX cloud service, which allows you to monitor, analyze and coordinate the work of employees "on the phone" through the Internet, improving the quality of service and sales of the enterprise.
Using the application, you can see a summary of calls for the current day or other periods: the number of incoming, outgoing and missed calls, which will help automatically set tasks for employees on accepted and missed calls.
The application shows the history of calls with a search by employee name or customer number and allows you to listen to phone records, which makes it easier to remotely monitor work. In the application, you can manage the main settings of the service: change call receiving routes, turn on and change forwarding, make and adjust the schedule of employees on the line.
In 2020, which pushed many enterprises to use cloud services, the number of users of our Virtual PBX increased by 20%. It has become the most popular in trading companies, the services, real estate, medicine, logistics and transport, "comments Roman Leshchenko, MGTS marketing director. - We supplemented the service with a mobile application, which will become an assistant in the remote management of telephony and the work of employees of enterprises. |
