2024: Inclusion in the register of radioelectronic products and the register of industrial products
On December 9, 2024, the Module Scientific and Technical Center announced the inclusion in the Register of Russian Industrial Products (PP RF 719 of 17.07.2015) and the Unified Register of Radioelectronic Products (PP RF 878) of three own products: the NM Quad module, the NM Card Mini module and the NM Mezzo Mini module . All three products are made on the basis of the K1879VM8Ya microcircuit (developed by JSC NTC "Module").
NM Card mini and NM Quad modules solve the problems of digital signal processing and the implementation of trained convolutional neural networks consisting of PC, AWS and servers (including specialized servers for artificial intelligence tasks).
NM Mezzo mini solves the problems of digital signal processing and the implementation of trained convolutional neural networks as part of small-size embedded solutions: industrial single-board neurocomputers, on-board computing units with support for machine vision functions. All versions of NM Mezzo mini are included in the registers.
The inclusion of NM Quad, NM Card Mini and NM Mezzo Mini in the registers allows customers to purchase products as part of import substitution program purchases, as well as increase the level of localization of their final products.
2023: Presentation of the Neuro-Accelerator
NTC "Module" on June 1, 2023 presented a server-based neuro-accelerator based on domestic processors.
NM Quad is a high-performance computing module designed to implement neural networks, digital signal and image processing. The device was developed by the Scientific and Technical Center "Module."
NM Quad is relevant for use in specialized high-performance computing complexes, supercomputers, servers, data centers, machine vision systems, digital signal and image processing.
The module is based on four multi-core DSP processors K1879VM8Ya based on the original NeuroMatrixCore 4 vector-matrix architecture. Thanks to its high performance, the product can process large amounts of data in real time.

Unconditional plus of a neuro-accelerator is a flexible setting for the user's tasks. Each of the 4 K1879VM8Ya processors contains 4 independent computing clusters with 4 NMC4 cores each. Within the framework of the processor, the user has the opportunity to independently choose the mode of operation of the device - to process data with all four clusters at once, or to give each cluster its own task. This approach scales to 4 K1879VM8Ya processors. Thus, the user has at the disposal of 16 computing clusters at once, each of which can be configured for an individual independent task, or used in the required amount for the user for parallel processing of data.
