Naumen Service Management Intelligent Automation (SMIA) is a set of solutions for control automation of IT and customer services on the basis of technologies of Big Data and machine learning.

Naumen Service Management Intelligent Automation includes the solutions Predictive Maintenance, services in the field of Data Science and Data Management and also the automation system of customer services of the next generation which allows is automated to solve problems and to make recommendations to specialists of customer services and end users, reducing the cost of support of systems and eliminating inefficiency of business processes of technical support at manual data processing.

2018: Creation of Competence center on intellectual automation

The Naumen company, the Russian developer AI- and ITSM solutions, announced on June 27, 2018 creation of Competence center on intellectual automation. Its task — to develop service approach using the self-training systems based on the solutions Naumen Service Management Intelligent Automation (SMIA).

Will serve as basis for the center long-term practice of implementation of ITSM projects based on the solution Naumen Service Desk and experiment on creation of the highly intellectual systems. Synthesis of technologies and examination allowed the company to develop group of products for intellectual automation under the general name Service Management Intelligent Automation, told in Naumen.
