RuSat Infrastructure Solutions on July 26, 2023 presented the Russian software and hardware complex for urban security. It allows you to simultaneously record traffic violations, monitor traffic flows and pedestrian zones.

Equipment and component part - mainly domestic production, the software part was also created by domestic developers. The direct developer is a Skolkovo resident - the Infotranslogistik company (part of the RIR).

The peculiarity of the complex consists in its multifunctionality. It records violations of stopping and parking of vehicles in real time, recognizing registration plates, violations of the rules of improvement and payment in parking areas, records passing traffic and pedestrian flow.

Basically, in cities, different functions are used for each of these functions, cameras which are transmitted information to different systems. For example, earlier "Infotranslogistic" developed a software and hardware complex "" Ultra- in the regions Russia and as of countries CIS July 2023, more than 2000 such complexes were installed. It consists of three different cameras, allows you to record the road situation and violations of the speed limit, parking and stopping rules, as well as the passage of intersections.

The complex, created on the basis of Ultra, consists of a single rotary camera, a control module, an information storage and processing device and an infrared searchlight. The software part is created on the basis of neural network technology, which allows you to quickly learn new formats of license plates and helps in identifying offenses. As of July 2023, the complex is undergoing pilot operation in Lipetsk.

The use of the complex makes it possible to receive data through one interface, as well as reduce the number of purchased cameras. As a result, on the one hand, the level of security in the city and the responsiveness to possible incidents increases, and on the other hand, the budget of the city or region is significantly saved.

Urban security solutions are a continuation of Rosatom's work to develop smart city technologies.

Smart technologies help monitor the work of the urban economy and provide feedback from the municipality with citizens. A system for tracking the movement of public transport has been introduced, there are smart stops and smart pedestrian crossings. There is a system of intelligent accounting for the consumption of communal resources and the accumulation of solid household waste. In kindergartens and schools, sensors are installed that record the consumption of water, heat, electricity. Thanks to round-the-clock monitoring, it is possible to save about 20% of the previously consumed amount of resources.

Also, in various cities, large information systems are being introduced for certain areas of urban development: Digital Water Utility, Digital Heat Supply, Intelligent Transport System, etc.
