On February 7, 2019 the company Rostec reported that it "Ruselectronics" provided interactive career navigator: a software package which will help school students to define the career trajectory.

According to the company, the interactive career navigator of Ruselectronics allows to pass a professional orientation test using VR technologies according to the results of which the program issues to the school student the list of the professions and the companies which are most suitable it where specialists of this profile are demanded. Using augmented reality the school student can make a virtual excursion to the enterprise – to see production workshops, real workflows and to estimate working conditions. Service of a video conferencing gives the chance to contact in real time specialists of the selected enterprises and to directly ask the interesting questions.

Specially developed software creates a personal career trajectory of the pupil from school to the enterprise: issues the list of universities which train the selected specialty specialists, the list of the examinations necessary for receipt, information on lowest passing scores on the USE in recent years.

Successful training for the industry begins with the correct professional orientation work at school. We aim to provide to school students at most information on demanded professions, on our enterprises and career opportunities. When developing our career navigator we tried to expand career planning horizon for school students. We decided to give the chance to the pupil at first to glance on the enterprises, and already then to select university for receipt. It will allow to increase considerably percent of the graduates employed in the specialty as they will accurately represent the work location and subtleties of a profession.
