The ShTRIH-Takho RUS tachograph obtains information from several devices: from the speed sensor having cryptographic information protection from the regular speed sensor of the vehicle, from the receiver GLONASS/ GPS, from the sensor of the ABS system of the car and from the accelerometer. The device saves the speed device, vehicle mileage, operation modes of drivers in memory – the tachograph accumulates and stores data in 366 days.
The digital tachograph "RUS STROKE Tahoe" with the CIPF block is intended for control and registration of motion speed, car mileage, the period of work and rest of crew. The device is installed on any vehicles and is certified for transportation of dangerous loads.
On November 15, 2014 became effective changes in the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences. Among them there are also those which concern work of drivers – in particular the administrative responsibility is imposed for release to the line of the vehicle without tachograph or with the idle tachograph. For the legal entities who violated this paragraph Administrative Code the penalty from 5 thousand to 10 thousand rubles is provided. For individuals the penalty remains at the rate from 1 thousand up to 3 thousand rubles. Let's note that it concerns work of transport intended for transportation of goods and/or passengers.
2015: RUS Shtrikh-Takho tachographs interact with a system SCOUT
On April 17, 2015 it became known of implementation of opportunities of interaction between the tachograph equipment of SHTRIKH-M company and the system of satellite monitoring of transport SCOUT.
For approach of a product to the consumer, the SHTRIKH-M company implemented support of the data exchange protocol of ScoutNet in the devices, it provided a possibility of information exchange between tachographs and a system SCOUT where it is displayed and analyzed.
"Thanks to the fact that data from tachographs are routed live in software SCOUT Platform users of a system can obtain information not only on vehicles, but also on drivers. Along with it, in our software individual and group reports on observance by drivers of work-rest schedules according to the 15th order of Ministry of Transport are implemented. Also using a System SCOUT owners of transport can control technical condition of tachographs. Allows to save time and not break the working schedule of transport remote unloading of the drivers given from cards", - Dmitry Isaev, the product manager "Integration into tachographs" told, SCOUT Group.
Connection of modules of monitoring of SCOUT Group to "RUS STROKE Tahoe" does not require the additional hardware. Each modification of the modules MT-700 (Lite, Std, PRO and PRO 285) connects to the tachograph directly by means of RS-485 interface. Unit-to-unit compatibility is confirmed during tests of the integrated solution passed with the assistance of regional partners of SCOUT Group.
