Traft-OnLine - a Russian import-independent set of systems for managing cargo transportation processes, which operates according to the SaaS model and allows users to create and monitor all parts of the supply chain through a universal interface, including customs brokering, packaging, marking, transportation and unloading of any cargo, as well as placing orders for cross-docking services. "
Cargo transportation using the system is regularly carried out by large Russian and Western companies, including Sberbank, Sportmaster, DHL Deutsche Post, General Motors, Gillette, Boeing Russia. Customers of the logistics company Traft use the system to monitor their cargo orders (including for tracking car traffic) through their personal account.
2021: The Traft-Online system has passed the test of working with unmanned trucks
In November 2021, Traft reported that Traft-Online users were able to work in a single system with both conventional and unmanned vehicles.
2020: System of intervals for sending requests for transportation in the mobile application Traft -Online
In the mobile application Traft -Online for drivers, a system of intervals for sending out applications for transportation has been launched. As a result, the platform has become even more convenient for obtaining orders by contractor drivers, and gives them the opportunity to earn more, reported Traft on February 4, 2020.
Previously, the Traft-Online system gave the right to the contractor to take only 1 transportation order per day. Now, for each vehicle type from 0.5 to 3 tons, the interval for executing the order is set to 6 hours. This means that the driver has the opportunity to get another order 6 hours before and/or after the previous one. For example, if the carrier needs to arrive at 12 hours for loading, he can take an additional order in 6.00 and/or 18.00.
As the developers explained, the 6-hour interval is only the beginning of the implementation of the interval order distribution system in Traft -Online. This interval can be changed by the system operator, and according to the results of testing, such changes will be transferred to artificial intelligence. Further, artificial intelligence in automatic mode will track the average operating time of each vehicle, combine them according to vehicle types, analyze and offer new average operating intervals of cars, which, in turn, will change as necessary.
For other vehicles for which no 6-hour interval is specified, it is possible to take a second order after 15 hours if the first one requires the arrival of the driver before 10 hours and involves only 2 points - loading and unloading, as well as before 10 morning, if the order is assigned for a time period after 15 hours. Also, the system will not allow you to accept an order for the morning (from 00.00), if the driver has an order for the evening of the previous day, where there is a route list of more than two points, as well as for the evening (up to 23.59), if the driver has an order for the morning of the next day, specified in Traft.
The Traft Online system is constantly being upgraded. Introducing updates in Traft -Onile, we take care not only of our customers and their convenience, but also of our contractors - drivers who directly carry out transportation, "said Igor Alexandrov, Director of Development of the Traft transport company. The system of intervals in sending out applications for transportation will allow the fleet not to be idle, and drivers to receive more orders, and, accordingly, earn more. After all, in the highly competitive freight market, it is important for drivers to be able to go on a "flight" and work full-time, instead of the minimum 4-5 hours. |

Launch mobile application Traft-OnLine for iOS
The intelligent cargo management system Traft -Online from November 13, 2019 is available to customers in the mobile application for iOS, said Igor Alexandrov, Development Director of Traftt.
The application allows company employees to remotely perform almost all actions with the system:
- Create orders on the road when it is not possible to do this behind the workplace;
- Automatically receive driver assignment notifications;
- Instantly calculate the price;
- Electronic document flow;
- Track transportation online.
According to the developers, the application will be useful both to managers to monitor the activities of employees and managers to directly organize freight transportation.
Availability of the Traft Online mobile app for Android
The intelligent freight management system Traft Online is now available to customers mobile application in for the system. Android This was announced on August 26, 2019 by the CEO of the company. Traft Arthur Muradyan According to him, need of application creation is caused by the fact that less heads and managers are tied to a workplace and they are forced to solve more and more problems remotely and mobile.
In the application, almost all the functionality of the web version is available to the user:
- instant order and selection of the carrier;
- automatic route building and optimization on the map;
- instant pricing;
- electronic document management;
- tracking transportation online.
Traft-Online is Traft own development. As of August 2019, through the system, customers can manage urban and intercity transportation in Russia and a fleet with a carrying capacity of 1.5 to 20 tons, as well as the services of movers, riggers, rafters and other functions. Previously, there was only an application Traft-OnLine for truck drivers.
Introduction of driving style monitoring
On July 22, 2019, Traft announced the introduction of a driving style monitoring Traft-OnLine into the platform for virtual dispatching of freight. The appearance of an additional function is due to the bill approved in the Government on the individualization of OSAGO tariffs, which implies individual charging depending on the driving style and the number of fines. For the most neat drivers who comply with the speed limit, traffic rules and rules for transporting goods according to the tasks and individual requirements of freight owners, an additional discount is provided from partner insurance companies and automobile services.
According to Traft, the work of the technology is based on analysis data from, mobile application installed on smartphones tablets and drivers. In the background, the application, participating in -, GPSnavigation exchanges packets of information from the 4G server platform and the application Yandex.Maps and compares data on the speed of the truck at different intervals. If CU is installed in, tachograph the application reads the speed measurements from it. Data from such a device will also help record sharp acceleration and maneuvers, which will also be taken into account in calculating the future discount.
The inevitable delay in the time of receipt of satellite data on the exact speed of the cargo, car according to Traft, is compensated by the fact that it is important for the company to understand not the place of violation, but the fact of speeding. In case of systematic violations, the company reduces the coefficient that the driver can claim to receive a discount from partner services. The more often violations, the lower the discount. The bonus for drivers will be the fact that the discount provided in the Traft -OnLine can be summed up with the individual OSAGO tariff proposed by the Government, according to Traft.
Traft plans to accumulate the amount of data on the manner of driving participants in the Traft-Online platform. It is planned to transfer the obtained array of information, without violating the law on personal data, to insurance companies that will be able to take into account the experiment conducted to create risk models of new insurance products.
"We want our cargo owners to be confident not only in the quality, speed and optimal price of the traffic ordered, but also in the reputation safety - the cargoes are carried by polite drivers who respect other road users," noted' Artur Muradyan, CEO of Traft ' |
Start of work in St. Petersburg
On April 29, 2019, Traft announced that the intelligent cargo management system received a specialized work area for ordering intra-city transportation in St. Petersburg and inter-city transportation in the Leningrad Region. Now the platform automatically loads the entire volume of local maps for orders, takes into account other nuances of the city's work, including the compaction of traffic at night in connection with the building of bridges, which may affect the timing of the completion of flights.
According to Igor Alexandrov, Director of Development at Traft, with the help of Traft -Online, it was possible to order transportation in all key million-plus cities before, the list of order parameters was somehow made on the model of Moscow transportation, so often customers needed to manually enter additional transportation characteristics that were not covered by the basic questionnaire of the personal account.
"In 2019, the company relies on forcing regional expansion, we want customers of systemically important cities of our country with a population of 1 million people to be able to order transportation both inside and outside the city, taking into account their local specifics, including specific restrictions on the entry of transport and other conditions. |
Traft-Online will take into account the form of cities when dispatching orders
The robotic dispatch and order management system of the Traft-Online platform will be based on all the main types of urban devices. This was announced on April 24, 2019 by TAdviser at the central office of the development company (Traft) in Moscow.
When determining routes, the platform will take into account not only the actual congestion of roads, but also the structure of the main highways. Mathematical models of the main forms of modern cities will be loaded into the system: linear (Volgograd), radial-ring (Moscow), multibeam (Veliky Novgorod), lepescus (Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk) and others.
In particular, on the basis of the structure of the device of each city, the most optimal bypass routes in the case of traffic jams will be calculated. For example, the detour of a traffic jam in a ring city does not always reduce the time at least in comparison with if the driver decides to stay on the same route, while the detour options in a petal or linear city can give a significant time advantage.
Director of Development of Traft Igor Alexandrov said that in 2019, Traft began to actively consult with a number of people the Russian urbanists to take into account the experience of building and managing cities in the work of logistic the program.
According to the expert, it is known, for example, that the main advantage of the radial-ring system is the accessibility of the center, so transportation from the periphery can be calculated and optimized quite quickly. At the same time, with an increase in the city, the advantages of the center's accessibility are sharply lost: peripheral areas are remote from the center, it begins to experience functional overloads and ceases to cope with the role of the only center of the communication system. Therefore, orders from the center to the conditional sleeping area or country warehouse complex are extremely difficult to combine during a single working day with other orders. An urgent order in a city with a linear structure will be implemented faster, no matter how dense the traffic. While in a city with a multi-beam structure, traffic jams seriously affect the time of arrival of the car to the customer.
The Traft-Online system includes additional calculation models that will help predict the arrival time of the cargo vehicle, not only in terms of traffic jams, but also in terms of the actual structure of the city, the developer notes.
author '= Artur Muradyan, CEO of Traft ' It is known that a "smart" city is not a place where there are many gadgets, but one where people do not spend their time mediocre. |
The expert recalled the results of research on the American government social network "GovLoop," according to which annual state losses caused by traffic jams in the United States alone amount to $121 billion.
100-thousandth transportation was carried out through Traft -OnLine
Through the intelligent system of cargo transportation management, developed by the domestic transport freight forwarding company, Traft on March 19, 2019 the 1000th transportation was carried out. This was TAdviser reported in the central Moscow office of the company. It is also noted that the anniversary transportation marked a global update of the system core - about 50 thousand lines of code were rewritten and the interfaces of all working modules, including the PC version of the platform for logists, mobile application for OS Android drivers, scoring windows for contractors and a file cabinet with applications, were seriously modernized. electronic document management systems
According to the Director of Development of Traft, the Igor Alexandrov developers of Traft -OnLine always pay increased attention to the accuracy of geo-positioning of freight tracks cars performed in the transportation system for customers. If earlier visualization the track occurred by layering points, which in turn were determined by, now the tracks are GPS based on a multi-level data system - from data satellites, GPS GLONASS and metrics, mobile data, Internet auxiliary system on board the truck (, tachograph pre-installed GLONASS transmitters for determining accidents, etc.). Wi-Fi These data help to monitor traffic in even more detail, transport accurately understand the causes of unplanned stops and analyze the behavior of the vehicle in the zone with a weak signal of satellites and mobile communications.
All data flows for each transportation in real time come to Russian servers Traffic-Online in scattered packages, and then using a specially developed virtual software "adapter" they are converted into a single stream of files of a universal format and output to the system interface in the form of lines with directions of movement, "said Igor Alexandrov. |
Running the Global API Integration Module
On February 20, 2019, Traft announced to TAdviser that it was available in the freight management system Traft-OnLine the global API integration module. Now cargo owners can place transportation orders without going to the platform site or application, directly from their own ERP systems 1C, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
According to the company's representatives, API integration for end-to-end placement of orders from the customer's IT infrastructure directly to the Traft -OnLine reduces the time to place and detail orders and the number of errors that occur during the reprinting of a large number of parameters from one system to another.
Now it is enough for the customer to check the correctness of the application once, at the time of initial entry into his own ERP system, "said Igor Alexandrov, Director of Development at Traft and Project Manager of the Traft -OnLine. |
According to Alexandrov, it is planned that in the future, the company's customers will be able to simultaneously effectively use all the capabilities of the API and the transport electronic document management system developed at Traft. The exchange of electronic documents, according to the expert, will also be synchronized in such a way that customers will be able to receive the upload of all verified scan copies based on the results of each shipment directly to their information system.
Upgrade to version 2.1
February 4, 2019 Traft reported that the intelligent cargo management system TRAFT-OnLine received an update to version 2.1
The presented version of the program significantly modernized the mechanisms for monitoring the actions of drivers, visualizing rates, scoring contractors.
According to Igor Alexandrov, Director of Development of TRAFT, the system has received more flexible principles for monitoring how drivers respond to orders and mark arrival at the loading point. Previously, the system allowed drivers to report arrival much in advance, which often caused inconsistencies and overlaps in the delivery schedule. The driver, wanting to optimize the time, reported arriving 15-20 minutes earlier than the actual arrival in the territory, because of this, often in case of unforeseen situations on the last kilometer of the road (sudden traffic jam or breakdown), the movers at the arrival points were forced to wait for the car, which led to a certain malfunction in the loading window. Now the determination of geolocation by GPS and GLONASS satellites automatically opens or, conversely, blocks the driver from indicating his status as arriving to order.
In addition, according to the expert, the drivers themselves have now received an even more transparent system for monitoring their orders in terms of rates. The driver immediately sees the cost of his order and the calculation of possible bonuses, in case he works on the order not only as a driver, but also as a loader.
The scoring module for connecting contractors has also been noticeably updated. Automatic synchronization of the TRAFT-OnLine architecture with the verification bases of the level and counterparties SPARK Contour. Focus does not allow contractors whose legal entities have long participated in litigation as defendants to connect to the platform.
2018
Tangible and intangible assets Traft-OnLine valued at 45 million rubles
According to the instructions of Traft, in September 2018, the independent assessors of New Horizons LLC evaluated and calculated the market value of the intelligent transport system for cargo transportation management. Traft-OnLine At the same time, all tangible and intangible assets involved in the process of creating and developing the system from 2014 to 2018 were taken into account, representatives of Traft told TAdviser on December 11, 2018.
According to the report of New Horizons, as a result of a study conducted on the basis of information from internal and external sources, the total fair value of the system Traft -OnLine as of September 28, 2018 amounted to 45,105,000 rubles.
The work on estimating the market value of the facility was carried out in accordance with the requirements of No. 135-FZ, federal valuation standards approved by orders of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation of May 20 and June 1, 2015, the document specifies.
Updated mapping engine and virtual adapter for geodata analysis
The domestic cargo management system Traft-OnLine during the next release received a significantly updated model of analysis and visualization of cartographic data and an innovative system for interpreting multi-format packet data flows received from mobile and hardware telemetry devices of transport. This was reported to TAdviser on October 22, 2018 at the central office of the development company Traft.
According to the project manager Traft-OnLine Igor Alexandrov, the main innovation concerns the principle of visualization and monitoring of tracks in the customer interface and in mobile applications of the system.
If earlier the visualization of the track took place by layering points, which, in turn, were determined by GPS, now the tracks are based on a multi-level data system - data from satellites, GPS and GLONASS metrics, mobile Internet data, auxiliary system on board a truck (tachograph, pre-installed GLONASS transmitters for determining accidents, etc.). These data help to monitor traffic in even more detail, accurately understand the causes of unplanned stops and analyze the behavior of vehicles in the zone with a weak signal of satellites and mobile communications, the representative of Traft emphasized.
All data flows for each transport in real time come to Russian servers Traft-OnLine disparate packages, and then using a specially developed virtual software "adapter" are converted into a single stream of files of a universal format and output to the system interface in the form of lines with directions of movement.
The development allows the client to always clearly understand the nature and direction of the truck, even in places of increased accumulation and layering of points caused by the intersection of several dozen tracks and even hundreds of tracks, which happens more and more often in the conditions of a large metropolis, "said Igor Alexandrov. |
In addition, according to the expert, filters are now available in the system that allow you to rank tracks by urgency, date of placement and completion of the order and analyze the map of truck tracks with "script layers" - for example, separately monitor morning, day and evening loads, flexibly monitor the efficiency of each transportation cycle depending on the loading time, type of cargo, type of vehicle.
Release 2.0
On August 20, 2018, Traft announced that an intelligent cargo management system was released in release 2.0 with the optimization of the entire list of functions.
We are talking immediately about 8 updates for the mobile application for drivers, said the project manager Traft-OnLine Igor Alexandrov. According to the specialist, the program improved the system of sending photos of transport documents after the drivers completed their flights; running platform server load monitoring to predict peak values and prevent software slowing down even during the busiest hours.
In addition, an algorithm for tracking errors has appeared in the system - they are constantly monitored, and users can send their logs at any time to solve potential difficulties.
The central office of Traft confirmed that already more than 60% of drivers working on the Traft-OnLine platform have switched to an updated version of the mobile application. It is planned that customers will Traft-OnLine feel a positive change in the indicators for the delivery of their cargo within 12-15 working days from the release of version 2.0.
Cloud EDS
Uploading Client Requests via API
In February 2018, customers of the Traft transport company were able to upload order data from cargo management software to their own accounting systems. Traft-OnLine The first to test a special API were Traft customers from the retail and fashion retail unit, the Moscow office of the transport company said.
According to the project manager Traft-OnLine Igor Alexandrov, the system implemented an API gateway, which allows the company's customers to receive automatic unloading of freight requests from their own client accounting systems. The API allows you to work on importing and exporting requisitions.
If earlier integration with the Traft-OnLine system was carried out according to a vendor scenario, which implies that the system covers the entire customer infrastructure, now Traft customers can integrate only one section of business processes with the system, Alexandrov explained.
This is especially in demand among federal companies with a large number of sales outlets and offices in Russia, as well as for international companies that can simultaneously serve several transport companies, and it is important in this regard to create an isolated logistics process loop for each contractor, "the expert emphasized. - In the client portfolio of Traft, we double the number of companies of this level every year, so there was a demand for a more flexible adjustment of the functionality available in the Traft -OnLine. |
Traft also clarified that the basic integration of Traft -OnLine since 2015 has been implemented for the line of ERP systems 1C, SAP and Oracle.
"End-to-end GPS tracking" feature
The transport company Traft, the developer of the intelligent cargo management system Traft-OnLine, in January 2018 announced the adaptation of program algorithms for additional protection of customers and drivers. Now the GPS tracking of the car, which is already assigned to fulfill a specific transportation order, is not interrupted between the status of the drivers and begins to be recorded in through mode regardless of whether the truck driver has pressed the corresponding status.
As explained in Traft, this is done to ensure that customers (for example, warehouse owners or logistics department managers who do not directly interact with drivers, entrusting this to their local workers) They could see exactly how long a truck was on the loading site and how the time spent on the unloading or unloading site correlated with the information reported by the driver of the submitted car or the customer's representative on the storage platform.
According to the project manager Traft-OnLine Igor Alexandrov, this innovation "creates an additional safety loop for customers and drivers."
Often during loading and unloading, conflict situations arose when the movers asked the driver to press the loading completion status in advance to report on the timely completion of the task already to their direct employers. At the same time, the de facto car was still on the loading site for some time, and if, according to the results of the transportation, it was late for the final point, the driver was made claims that he intentionally delayed the transportation time, although part of the time was still in the warehouse, "said Igor Alexandrov. - We constantly instruct our drivers and raise their level of corporate responsibility, but still there are situations when drivers play along to their colleagues on the other side of the logistics chain, and eventually fall on fines. |
Thus, the changes implemented in the Traft -OnLine made the system even more transparent for control by the client and the transport company.
2017
Change of ownership and name
In October 2017, Torgom Shirinyan, co-owner of the Lutik Group (brands Lutik, Baleno), invested in the online freight management system Traft-Online, the development of Traft. The transaction took place in cash-in format.[1]. Thus, the proceeds from the transaction will be used to develop the Logosophot company, where, in the end, the development packages and technologies of the online Traft system will be transferred, which, in turn, will be renamed Vezubr. As a result, Traft, as a transport company, will become one of the users of the Vezubr platform.
As explained by TAdviser at Traft, investor Torgom Shirinyan received the largest stake in Logosophot - 44%. Another 41% of Logosophot LLC remained with the owner of Traft Arthur Muradyan, about 15% were divided among top managers of Traft. At the same time, Shirinyan also received an option of 12%, during the implementation of which he will receive management shares. The option can be exercised upon completion of the second stage of the transaction after a deep analysis of the program code.
The funds received under the transaction will be used to increase the Logosophot development team and finalize the software product, including optimizing algorithms for building routes based on big data, reducing energy consumption and the need for a mobile application for a stable Internet signal.[2]
Vezubr is a b2b freight management service, provided according to the SaaS model and allowing Logistics service customers form direct transportation requests for transport companies and private drivers through a universal interface, track the GPS track of cars, receive electronic transportation documents and optimize the logistics processes of their business using flexible analytics tools. Traft-OnLine existed as an intra-corporate product, serving, according to Traft, more than 35 legal entities, the monthly cost of transportation - 3.9 billion rubles. Vezubr is primarily focused on the corporate segment, but will also work with end customers. It is supposed to earn on a commission charged to the carrier in the amount of 10-15% of the cost of transportation.
AutoComplete Transport Documents
The Traft-OnLine freight management system in the next release received a function that allows all users to fill out transport documents in their personal account online, and then receive already completed transport documents, including a bill of lading and a travel list, the Moscow office of the Traft transport company, the developer of the program, said on November 1, 2017.
According to the project manager Traft-OnLine Igor Alexandrov, now when creating a new transportation application, data from the completed documents are automatically submitted to the forms of the consignment note with the indication of contact persons at loading and unloading. In addition, the order card automatically determines the shipping and delivery addresses of goods, thus the user reduces the time for issuing documents on typical regular flights and, if necessary, only corrects the details in them.
When the logistics of a transport company with the help of software appoint a driver for a specific order, these data are also automatically uploaded to the bill of lading form, and not only for the driver, indicating his passport and contact details, but also for the vehicle, including his brand, license plate number and type of load, "explained Igor Alexandrov. According to the expert, such an innovation significantly simplifies and accelerates intra-warehouse logistics at large complexes where there is a strict throughput regime, and all applications for loading and unloading, even in the case of urgent orders, must go through several cycles and instances of approval. |
According to Traft, such a system update allows not only to optimize the actions of drivers at the loading site of the warehouse complex or at any other unloading point in the city or outside it, but also to save finances on inefficient actions of warehouse personnel, who often make mistakes when filling out transport documents in a hurry. Analysts of the company calculated that manual filling of papers at unloading not only increases the risk of errors (the most common problem is that data are filled in the wrong graphs), but also increases the time of all supply chains by almost 2 hours each working day (calculations were made using the example of a warehouse complex in Shakhovo with an area of 22500 sq.m. while at the same time finding 43 trucks on its territory). Reducing these time costs allows customers to additionally save on economies of scale, noted in Traft.
Moving the System to Mobile Management
On September 21, 2017, Traft announced that now all actions in the system for placing orders for freight transportation and monitoring their implementation can be carried out entirely through mobile applications - both for customers and logistics themselves and for representatives of transport and forwarding companies. According to the developers, all business processes and electronic document management are duplicated on the mobile platform Traft-OnLine, so for full-fledged work, neither carriers nor cargo owners no longer require personal computers.
According to the project manager Traft-OnLine Igor Alexandrov, this transition as an alternative to the fully mobile version was the result of a long modernization of the system over the past 6 months.
It was important not only to modernize the reception and processing of an Internet signal of any power in the mobile application, taking into account possible breaks, but also to rework a number of elements of the program interface so that a reduced copy of the PC version of the platform did not require checking any elements on large screens at all, the expert explained. - All these works have been successfully completed, the fully mobile version of the platform has been announced to all Traft-OnLine customers, more than a third of customers have already switched to it, since many customers are very mobile during the working day, and sometimes it is more convenient for them, instead of a stationary machine, to work through smartphones and tablets, this positively affects the productivity and speed of all tasks. |
Earlier in 2017, Traft-OnLine received federal coverage, as a result of which robotic tracking of the car and flexible monitoring of the status of the order at all stages of delivery now have federal coverage and operate not only within large cities and key routes, but also within all other settlements and trails, including villages, single-industry towns, country and bypass roads.
In addition, the IT department of Traft was able to use certain technological innovations to optimize source code to reduce the consumption of Internet traffic by 20% in all versions of the Traft-OnLine application.
Logistics in the Far North
The transport company Traft reported on the interim results of a program launched in April 2016 to systematically reduce the need for its application to manage freight traffic Traft-OnLine in a stable Internet signal in difficult climatic conditions or in areas with poor mobile communications and the Internet.
The company says that the geography of orders from Traft industrial partners is growing faster than the IT infrastructure, and often logistics with the help of software has to coordinate in an unstable Internet, and neither logicians, nor drivers, nor customers should feel any malfunctions in the program. You can solve the problem if you reduce the need for the mobile application for Internet traffic.
To facilitate the mobile application without losing functionality, it was necessary to seriously rewrite the code, as a result, 80 pages of code were reduced to 40 in several stages, according to the IT department of Traft. Some of the functions now work offline, and when the Internet signal appears, the data is uploaded to the server. With the help of certain technological innovations, Traft specialists were able to reduce the consumption of Internet traffic by 20% in all versions of the Traft-OnLine application.
The next plan Traft is to optimize the phone's energy consumption in the mobile application, which will allow drivers to stay on flights longer and not worry about possible problems with recharging.
Adaptation to work with insurance companies
The transport company Traft intends to adapt the functionality of an intelligent cargo management system Traft-OnLine to work with insurance companies. Modern cargo transportation software already knows how to automate the work of logicians, dispatch orders, transfer logistics processes to electronic document management and analyze large data arrays for transportation, the next step is to automate risk control.
The prospects for the development of transport software for insurance companies in Traft are highly appreciated. According to the Allied Market Research report, the volume of the LBS services market alone (geolocation-based services) will grow by 2022 to $61.897 million from $11.994 million in 2015 (annual growth of 26.6%). And if in 2015 the favorites for revenue in the market were mapping and navigation applications, then, according to analysts, the market will further develop due to the introduction of innovative technologies and services in logistics, on the basis of which new business models will be created. One of the main segments of software here is insurance telematics, that is, the entire range of equipment and programs for the control and monitoring of insured cars and real estate.
"GPS tracking of cargo, GLONASS with push notifications of the driver, mandatory photo reconciliation of documents at the point of loading and unloading the truck, notification in the IT system of a suspicious operation - all these functions of the Traft-OnLine system will help insurers in real time, simultaneously with insured carriers, to receive information about all situations on the road," added Andrei Savin, commercial director of Traft.
The office of the insurance broker MAINS, working with large Russian insurance companies, believes that the introduction of online platforms makes it possible for business owners and company management to more quickly and efficiently control everything that is happening, while minimizing the human factor and optimizing resources. In this regard, Traft-OnLine can become an additional link between the insurance company and its customers. For insurers, the software will allow you to give more targeted individual discounts and bonuses to customers based on an analysis of their activity through Traft -OnLine. Thus, the company will become more attractive to customers and attract more long-term partnerships, according to MAINS.
Blockchain Testing
On February 21, 2017, Traft announced the reconciliation of transport documents using blockchain technology.
A prototype solution with an encryption algorithm and confirmation of freight data, followed by guaranteed storage of information, was developed in the IT department of the company. A decentralized storage method is proposed when information is available to each participant of a transaction and synchronized by means of blockchains.
As part of the pilot project, Traft tested the loading of the register of freight and transport documents (contracts, invoices, travel lists), data encryption (hashing), their subsequent verification and storage using blockchain technology. Orders for freight, which are placed in the Traft -OnLine by corporate customers, are encrypted and checked with data in the company Traft itself for the subsequent payment of completed shipments[3]
According to the company, the technology is designed to improve the safety of financial settlements between the client and the transport company, especially when the transport is carried out by a previously unverified driver, or if he collaborates with the company within the framework of his IP, through which he provides delivery services at the request of other transport companies.
The human factor is finally excluded from the process of confirming freight traffic - the reconciliation of commercial information takes place in automatic mode. The platform compares the hashed data for each shipment: if they match with both participants, the delivery is confirmed and the invoice is automatically generated from the customer who ordered the delivery.
According to the developers, such a closed process completely eliminates the risk of leaking commercially important data and fraud with the theft of a truck or theft of its cargo, makes it more convenient to manage freight from retailers and Internet companies, which, from February 1, 2017, in accordance with changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation, switched to electronic checks.
The blockchain platform does not involve connecting to IT platforms of electronic document flow, which makes the technology even more attractive due to simple integration, which does not require concluding a contract with operators and organizing data storage. Arthur Muradyan, CEO of Traft |
Earlier, verification of the fact of successful shipment of transported goods, before making payments, took place at transport companies in the form of correspondence or telephone calls, which led to temporary costs and created additional risks of loss of confidentiality. Automatically and securely exchange data and confirm deliveries reduces financial risks to transport customers and speeds up payments with suppliers. The use of blockchain led to a reduction in the deadlines for confirming information, which means that all payments are sold from three days to several hours. And the combined use of the blockchain service and the Traft-OnLine platform finally automates all the actions necessary for the safe management of freight traffic. Electronic Check Module
On February 1, 2017, the Traft-OnLine freight management system began to provide its users with the opportunity to link electronic fiscal documents to digitized document flow and automation processes for cargo transportation orders.
According to developers from the logistics company Traft, the function is activated due to the fact that on February 01 a bill prepared by the State Duma and the Federation Council came into force in Russia - on the transition of entrepreneurs to cash registers with support for transmitting information on settlements to tax authorities in electronic form in real time.
From February 1, 2017, trade in Russia begins to switch to new cash registers. The equipment will transmit information about each transaction to the tax inspectorate in real time. Tax authorities will be able to see all the revenue of the enterprise, which will avoid changing store performance in their favor. Buyers, in turn, will stop worrying about lost checks. Savin Andrey Vladimirovich, Commercial Director |
"The transition of the business to electronic checks will accelerate the process of automating logistics, especially for those companies that have not yet transferred freight to various IT platforms. The ubiquitous transition to electronic checks will allow companies not only to automate and digitize those business processes that have not yet been translated into electronic format, but also to optimize the logistics process, noted in. Traft The buyer makes a purchase, he makes a check, in accordance with the new requirements of legislators, he is sent electronically to email or subscriber number to the buyer. At the same time, a Traft-OnLine minus item is marked in the inventory system connected. When there Traft-OnLine are few items in the inventory system synchronized with, the system automatically creates the right service note for replenishing the item. At this stage, the transport company serving the enterprise receives a special notification and already knows about the imminent potential order not to transport a new batch of goods to the customer's warehouse and is preparing for it (picks up the driver, approves the flight calendar, etc.). At this time, the organization will agree on the necessary parts with the supplier of the desired product. When all organizational issues with the supplier are settled, the initial notification for the transport company immediately turns into a request for the transportation of the necessary goods according to the desired parameters and comes to the logistics operator. The proposed solution will be especially in demand, firstly, from small businesses, which, in order to reduce the costs of warehouse storage and logistics when selling on the Internet, often implement the principle of "dropshipping" - a scheme when a product item is purchased by the store only after the receipt of an order or prepayment from the customer. And secondly, all customers who practice cross-docking, that is, the acceptance and shipment of goods through the warehouse directly, without placement in the long-term storage area. For the second group, the decision will help minimize financial losses from renting extra space. " |
Federal coverage
On January 25, the first intercity freight transport was carried out from Moscow to Yaroslavl for a client of a transport company using an intelligent cargo management system Traft-OnLine. Thus, robotic car tracking and flexible monitoring of the status of the order at all stages of delivery now have federal coverage and operate not only within large cities and key routes, but also within all other settlements and paths, including villages, single-industry towns, country and bypass roads.
According to the Moscow office of the company, earlier the Traft-OnLine system was used only for intra-city transportation and covered a halo of cartographic data around moving cars within 20-30 km. "Today this restriction is completely removed - the system works without failures and signal loss almost anywhere in Russia," said Traft Executive Director Arthur Muradyan. To further accelerate the process of processing tracking data and increase its accuracy, Traft also plans to test the API gateway for transferring the system to Yandex cards.
The central office of Traft said that the new version of the logistics software "systematically reduces companies' freight costs by up to 40% through automation and online control of all processes."
According to the developers, the new version of the Traft-OnLine received additional functionality that facilitates the work of logistics when issuing and overseeing orders for long-distance transportation. In particular, the algorithm for processing and uploading to the cloud server photos of all transport documents that drivers take to mobile devices during the execution of orders and immediately forward them to the customer or transport company is optimized. The system has also created an adaptive layout for acts. If previously the acts were displayed on the screens of different computers and mobile devices in different ways, now the system automatically determines the location of the text and makes the act depending on the width of the screen so that all the text is decorated and drilled correctly. According to Traft, this innovation can speed up the processing of transport documents by 20%. In addition, the new release of the system added the ability to castomize the design of the company profile, which makes it easier to find documents of the right organization for accountants of transport companies.
"Anti-terrorism" module for additional cargo inspection
In order to comply with the anti-terrorism legislation, the transport company Traft has launched in its intelligent cargo management system a TRAFT-OnLine work area for logists, which allows you to additionally monitor the process of accepting and inspecting all goods, verify the markings, synchronize the data indicated in the declarations for goods delivered for transportation in a single database. The development of the module took Traft IT department 5 weeks, from January 18 it was put into full operation in the system.
Traft Executive Director Arthur Muradyan, explaining the reason for the emergence of new functionality in the system, noted that the company doubles the volume of orders for goods in closed packaging on a quarterly basis, which, in order to comply with current legislation, must be inspected for compliance with the declared parameters and identify the dangerous properties of the goods transported.
Traft said that the function of inspecting goods by the mechanics of its work resembles a computer algorithm already available in the Traft -OnLine, which allows drivers connected to the system to photograph transport documents for transportation to any mobile devices and directly send them to the client or transport company. The algorithm itself processes and adapts photos and through the cloud server sends them to the right specialists on the side of the customer or transport company - logistics, accountant, lawyers. "We are now implementing cargo inspection using similar technology," says A. Muradyan. - "The customer's logist, our driver or loader takes photographs of the closed and open box, which is prepared for loading, and its marking, then in one click send pictures to our logists and security service. Within 10 minutes, the entire volume of incoming photographs on the cargo in a particular transport is subjected to a three-step test for identification of hazardous properties and reconciliation with the data that the customer himself provided on the cargo. " If no inconsistencies are found, the cargo leaves for the flight. If inaccuracies are detected, Traft logists ask for clarifying data from the client.

Mobile client
On November 22, 2016, the IT department of the logistics company Traft announced the release of a mobile client for its intelligent Traft-OnLine logistics automation and process management system. The domestic IT solution, built entirely on an imported non-volatile platform, supports working with mobile devices on the operating systems iOS (Apple) and Android, the program is available for free download in AppStore and Google Play stores .
According to the chief financial officer of Traft Arthur Muradyan, the mobile client Traft-OnLine focused on two categories of users. Firstly, these are drivers themselves, private freight carriers who, using a mobile application, can receive transportation orders according to the UBER communication model. For them, the system of our mobile client allows through a universal interface to track new orders, respond to them, correctly and quickly fill out all transport documents required by the company on whose behalf the delivery is made, and the company that acted as the customer of this transportation. A mobile application installed on a phone or tablet gives drivers the opportunity to evaluate the quality and decency of the customer whose task they perform, instantly photograph and send to the customer or client invoices, invoices and other documents.
The second key audience for which the mobile client is created are customers, heads of procurement departments of commercial companies and government organizations, who can spend a significant part of their working time at negotiations and meetings outside the office. The use of a mobile client for logistics management will provide them with the opportunity to work comfortably with all related tasks and documents in a remote mode, as well as operational control over the process of executing the issued tasks for cargo transportation, said Traft. In addition, the mobile client performs an important function of driver control. The system synchronizes with GPS and GLONASS systems installed in drivers' mobile devices and provides constant tracking of cars on the city map.
The application has two global work areas - for carriers on their own transport and for customers, both corporate and private. Each area was created on the basis of separate software solutions. So, the application for carriers is developed in Java, and the application for customers is developed in React Native and native-languages (Java and Objective-C bundle). Data exchange takes place using REST architecture technology for distributed systems.
The mobile client features a simple and easy-to-understand interface that provides a convenient way to work with the Traft-OnLine platform on mobile devices. Among the features that a mobile client provides can be noted: tracking cargo transportation through Yandex and Google maps while preserving the ability to evaluate traffic jams in these services; Support for any browsers Display and reconcile documents issuance of orders and monitoring of their execution; Search for documents Display short document cards View related documents and attachments Start transport documents on both standard and special routes. The note that the freight carrier can upload and send through the mobile client can be a fragment of formatted text, a web photo, an audio file or an Excel spreadsheet. The mobile client offers online synchronization and backup. It is also reported that the mobile client can be used by divisions of production and trading companies that track the movement of their own cargo.
Attention in the development of the mobile client Traft-OnLine was paid to ensuring the stability of its work regardless of external conditions, the logistics company emphasized. As you know, many Russian regions are characterized by an insufficiently high level of development of mobile Internet; in addition, the level of mobile communications and the Internet often disappears in a number of metropolitan industrial zones and in the hangars of food bases. As a result, the low bandwidth of Internet channels often cannot provide a fast and stable connection between the office server and the mobile device, and drivers may not be able to immediately send closing documents for completed delivery to the client or employer. To solve this problem, the mobile client used an algorithm of its own production of Traft -Stream, which allows you to optimize incoming and outgoing Internet traffic when working remotely, as well as make additional ultra-fast backups of documents when the device suddenly goes offline (caused by loss of Internet connection). In addition, when transferring large files (for example, scans of consignment notes at the receipt of cargo), the mobile client automatically facilitates the weight of the file as much as possible due to the sewn-in archiving algorithm - without losing the quality and readability of the original documents. All this ensures a high speed of the system even when using "weak" mobile communication channels, the developers say.
System Upgrade
On November 10, 2016, the press service of the logistics company Traft announced the release of an update to the automated electronic cargo management system Traft-OnLine.
The software has been modified by feedback from system users.
"TRAFT-OnLine" is a complex of cargo process management systems that works according to the SaaS model and allows users through a universal, intuitive interface, designed in the format of Flat Design, to create and monitor all sections of the supply chain, including customs brokering, packaging, marking, transportation and unloading of any cargo, as well as place orders for cross-docking services. |
The basic functionality of the system is supported by intelligent tracking of drivers, their cars, during the execution of orders. Based on data from GPR transmitters in ordinary smartphones and mobile phones of drivers, the system in real time outputs a map in the program interface indicating all car movements. The system displays all the parameters by which the customer can determine the actual status of the order execution and its overall effectiveness in terms of the time spent on the order execution:
- mileage;
- Speed of loading and unloading the item.
The tracking system is constantly synchronized with geoservices Yandex and, Google prompting the driver and the chartering company to optimize the route, for example, changing places several delivery points inside the city. It also prevents potential attempts by drivers to manipulate real-time delivery readings.
Developers have defined the functionality and architecture of TRAFT -OnLine as an SRM system. The product core is built on PHP, the server part and geoservices for drivers and customers - on the Node.js platform, based on the V8 engine, which broadcasts the JavaScript into machine code.
The system uses geolocation services (GPS, GLONASS, Core Location, Google Maps, Yandex Maps), the PHPixie framework, push notifications and other technological solutions.
The Data Base is represented by a bundle DBMS PostgreSQL and Pgpool-II. The system can be deployed on the bases of finished SRM systems, in particular. 1C: Enterprise
According to the company's statement, testing the system for 10 months of 2016 with corporate customers showed that the implementation of the system helps reduce transportation costs by an average of 35%, excluding incorrect route calculations or adding time to drivers and unscrupulous carriers.
The first version of the system was launched in January 2016.
