2025: Registry Announcement
The Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) announced the creation of a digital dossier of the debtor, which will reduce the period for receiving information from two months to two days. This was announced on February 7, 2025 by the first deputy director of the FSSP Olga Pomigalova. According to her, the new system will provide prompt access to data on the financial situation of debtors and will increase the effectiveness of enforcement proceedings. The project was discussed at a meeting with the leaders of the digital transformation of federal authorities.
According to Finmarket, the new system will allow you to receive all the necessary information about debtors in a proactive mode, which will significantly speed up the work of bailiffs. Currently, information for each debtor has to be requested separately.
As part of the digital transformation, the FSSP also plans to strengthen interaction with banks. Currently, only 18% of 354 credit institutions conduct electronic interaction with the collection service as part of enforcement proceedings.
Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko announced the government's readiness to assist the department in achieving the goal of increasing the share of banks working with the FSSP in electronic format to 60% by the end of 2025.
The departmental program of digital transformation of the FSSP, designed for the period 2025-2027, was approved at the meeting. The program provides for a comprehensive modernization of the executive production system and the introduction of modern digital technologies.
The creation of the debtor's digital dossier will be an important step in automating the work of bailiffs and increasing the efficiency of debt collection. This will significantly speed up the processes of obtaining and processing information necessary for the conduct of enforcement proceedings.[1]
