Yaware is a system of accounting of working time and productivity of employees. Extends according to the SaaS or "Software as Service" model.

Yaware solves such problems:

  • automatic time recording: time of arrival and going away from work, delay;
  • analysis of productivity of working time: on the basis of what programs, applications and the websites employees use;
  • control of freelancers and employees in remote branches.
  • development of the system of bonuses for employees, considering the number of hours worked and productivity;

Scheme of work of service:

Different types of reports, depending on your purposes:

  • analysis of working time: the general worked time, ratio productive, neutral and unproductive;
  • reports on delay - the analysis of quantity and time of delay;
  • reports on categories of the used resources (what websites / programs are used by employees);
  • operational report: which of employees is present at a workplace at present that they do;
  • screenshots of a desktop and pictures of the webcam.

2015

The new version of Yaware.Online is available

On February 26, 2015 the Yaware company announced a release of the new version of a system of accounting of working time of Yaware.Online[1].

In this version there was a report allowing heads to obtain detailed information on each working hour of the employee.

Report "Employment of the employee"

The report will help to approach a problem of inappropriate use of working time on the other hand: now heads will know not only resources which their subordinates during operation use, but also - what operations are performed at this time, for example, a call to the client, by filling of the report, a meeting, etc.


The report "Employment of the employee" will show:

  • the list of actions in a day – it will help the head to understand, than the employee in working time was engaged (was at a meeting, made out the agreement, was calculated with suppliers, etc.);
  • time spent for each action – having compared the planned and actually spent time, it is possible to improve planning of the working day of employees.


Using these data head:

  • will obtain the complete information about the working day of employees;
  • will define costs of time for each activity
  • optimizes work of personnel;
  • will increase efficiency of use of working time.

Rebranding of a system of accounting of working time of Yaware.Online

Since May, 2015 the Yaware.Online system will be known to users under the name Yaware.TimeTracker. And the new design of the interface gave to a system not only more modern type, but also made work with it more convenient.

Additional functions for faster analysis of working time of personnel

New features were also added to a system:

  • the report on the ratings of employees on the manager's email;
  • display of hierarchy of the company in reports of a system.

They will help to analyze work of personnel in the companies with the developed inner pattern.

Hierarchy of the company in reports

The head should not look for departments which work he wants to study in a drop-down menu any more. All hierarchy of the company is displayed in reports at once now. All structural divisions at the head already near at hand.

The report on ratings on the manager's email

Heads of departments will be able quickly to define now which of employees the most effective and deserves encouragement. To managers the report with the ratings of productivity of employees will come to email.

On June 30, 2015 the Yaware company announced Yaware.TimeTracker release exit.

In a system the report conducting the timing of the working day of personnel to within a second and helping to receive a detailed picture of work of employees is created.

Window of the program, 2014

In the report the sequence and employment duration of the employee with each website or the program is displaid. For example, the employee opened at 10:32 a.m. PDF XChange Viewer, and in 19 min. came into Titan Poker for a minute. The report will show that from 10:32 a.m. till 10:52 a.m. the employee used PDF XChange Viewer, and from 10:52 a.m. till 10:53 a.m. – Titan Poker.

Information helps:

  • carry out the timing of use of resources;
  • determine the changeover frequency of the employee between tasks, the factors distracting from work;
  • estimate efficiency of use of working time.

Using the report "Activity on applications" the head can carry out the full analysis of working time and increase efficiency of personnel, eliminating "devourers" of time.

2014

Version of Yaware.Online

On November 13, 2014 the Yaware company announced an exit[2] of the version of a system of accounting of working time and submitted the automatic sheet of a time recording.

Main advantage of the sheet - automatic filling, objective data and accurate accounting of the working days, absences and holidays on each employee. For small and medium business it also saving of time for maintaining the sheet and efficiency of obtaining information.

The Yaware.Online application installed on computers fixes attendance and a worked time and automatically enters the acquired information in the sheet. It is enough to head to specify a number of hours which the employee that the working day was included should work. Data on work of personnel will be automatically entered in the sheet and are available to viewing in real time.

Automatic filling of the sheet of a time recording will be useful for the head, the accountant and personnel officers. This functionality will help to save a lot of time for accomplishment of more important tasks and will simplify control of personnel and process of charge to employees of the salary, payment hospital and holiday.

The sheet of a time recording helps:

  • set the working schedule (fixed, replaceable) and to control its observance;
  • see how many actually days each employee in a month worked;
  • learn the number of absence from work and their reason:
    • day off,
    • holiday,
    • sick-list;

  • estimate real performance standard of hours in day on each employee;

The new version of Yaware.Online became the loading of photos of employees which was more personalized at the expense of an opportunity in an accounting record. 2013

New version of Yaware

The MagneticOne company reported on July 8, 2013 in an exit of upgraded version online service of a time recording of Yaware - large-scale updating is carried out.


Innovations, changes

Installation of an online service on the computer became simpler, there was a possibility of local preserving of pictures of screens (screenshot) of employees, function of prohibition of monitoring of certain applications is added, the design is improved.


Installation simplification

Import of lists of employees is implemented that considerably accelerated the initial Yaware setup. There is no need to enter data manually: service allows to load quickly a large number of data on users and automatically separates them on groups (departments and divisions).


Local preserving of pictures

There was a possibility of mass loading on the computer of screenshots of employees in a day. This function allows to control employees, to conduct detailed data analysis, will help at permission of matters of argument.


Application monitoring prohibition

From now on users of Yaware can specify: what use of programs and the websites they do not want to monitor using service. Statistics on the "prohibited" resources will not gather and be displayed in reports.


Updating of design

Developers improved the interface: convenient buttons, pop-up lists, illumination of active tabs, the calendar is updated.

Autumn updating of functionality

On November 14, 2013 the MagneticOne company announced changes in the new version of service.

Among innovations:

  • flexible configuration of the diagram of monitoring - an opportunity to set time of a lunch and breaks;
  • the start/stop function for time management of freelancers and freelance employees;
  • it is more than control over data: removal of screenshots, autoremoval of information on desire of users.

There was an opportunity to set the monitoring periods, to exclude periods when in monitoring there is no need. For example, in the companies with the fixed working schedule it is possible to set the diagram of accounting with 9.00-13.00 and with 14.00-18.00 - only working time will be set off.

The start/stop function is start and a stop of monitoring of work of the employee as the button

By default Yaware keeps automatic time management on the set diagram. The start/stop function allows to start and stop monitoring manually. It will be relevant for freelancers and freelance employees which work not on the set diagram, and on the basis of a worked time also define operating time.


Autoremoval of information from the online account the user

The possibility of setup of automatic removal from an account of outdated information a certain time frame is implemented: from 1 week to 2 years. Function will provide to clients of Yaware additional control over data.


Removal of screenshots of the screen

The users of Yaware having the administrator's rights acquired the right - to independently delete screenshots of screens from the account. At the request of personnel, the owner of the account can delete the pictures of screens of employees made after hours and containing their personal information. If the user does not want to store data online, he can export screen screenshots on the local computer then to delete them from the account.

2012

Yaware iPad и iPhone

The Yaware company announced in October, 2012 release of the application for iPad and iPhone. With the application for iOS the head can control work of employees from the phone or the tablet.

The application allows to analyze delay, presence of employees in a workplace, a worked time directly from mobile. Report types:

  • on time: for today, yesterday, week, last week, month;
  • on employees: all collective, the staff of one department, on the individual employee.

Advantage of the application to iPhone and iPad is that it is convenient in use and does not require big traffic.

With the application for iOS the head can control a company performance outside office, for example in a business trip or on vacation. It is also possible to control work of employees at remote offices and branches.
