2025: Building a system for decision-making

1C-Rarus has completed the project of financial transformation of the business of Samolet Group of Companies. On the basis of 1C: KORP Accounting, an international class management system has been created for making decisions based on data. Important financial processes for 351 legal entities have been automated.

The following business areas are developing in the perimeter of Samolet Group of Companies: the Samolet Plus online real estate services platform, a management company, commercial and rental real estate funds, project development, individual housing construction, resort real estate and others.

The group's portfolio includes 123 projects in, To Moscow,, St. Petersburg, and Tyumen. Vladivostok Yekaterinburg Kazan Representative offices work in almost 300 cities of Russia and countries. The CIS group of companies Samolet more than 8,000 employees.

The management of the Samolet group initiated a project to transfer the regulated accounting to 1C: KORP Accounting. The replacement of the financial accounting automation system was required due to the high labor intensity of accounting unification, insufficient productivity during the financial closing period and high costs for maintaining and updating the current system.

The team of the system modernization project included: the IT company "Digital Development," the founder of which is PJSC "Group of Companies" Airplane, "and an external contractor - the company" 1C-Rarus "in St. Petersburg. When choosing the project executor, the competencies of specialists and relevant cases were taken into account, in addition, the specialists of the Samolet Group of Companies already had experience of cooperation with 1C-Rarus specialists on other projects.

The implementation was carried out in combination with the industry module for construction for accounting and reporting, calculation of cost and profitability for construction facilities.

Particular attention was paid to the issues of scalability and performance of the system. To do this, we carried out work on load testing of the system, including taking into account the projected increase in the number of legal entities to 400 in the future 1-2 years, and to 800 in 3 years. The tests confirmed the optimality of the selected architecture and the readiness of the system to process such amounts of data.
