NDBC Development Director Sergey Korovin noted that the team was faced with the task of not just migration, but ensuring uninterrupted preparation of management reporting IFRS for the entire company in the face of the risks of the vendor's departure. The failure of the deadlines was unacceptable.

Auchan Retail Russia has chosen Turbo Budgeting as a promising Russian solution that could potentially replace the entire range of financial systems in the future. The developer of the platform is Consist Business Group, which is part of the Lansoft IT holding.

During the project implementation period, the specialists of the software vendor, Auchan Tech and NDBC, with the active support of the Auchan consolidation team, completed a full cycle of design work. The architecture was developed without access to the original OneStream configurations.

Within the framework of the project, more than 40 financial reports were configured based on the existing methodology with the preservation of formats. These include Balance Sheet, income statement, indirect cash flow statement and working capital statement.

An important factor was the team's deep understanding of the consolidation processes and flexibility of the Turbo platform. Already in March 2025, the reporting was formed by Auchan Retail Russia without the involvement of external consultants.[1]
