The committee of veterinary science of Tula region implements the accounting software complex

On January 30, 2014 the BARS GROUP company announced implementation of the complex project by request of Committee of veterinary science of Tula region.

Project Results

Four solutions are implemented: accounting systems "BARS. Rural Economy Veterinary science", "BARS. Rural Economy Veterinary supervision", system of collecting of the reporting "BARS. Monitoring is Agriculture", the application for support of acceptance of management decisions "BARS. Analytics".

On the basis of the solution "BARS. The rural Economy Veterinary science" is created the uniform regional database about farm animals and their owners, the facts of incidence, treatment and vaccination of a livestock, results of activity of veterinary services are registered.

Tula region - one of regions where BARS GROUP began trial operation of the new development Certification which is the add-on module of the solution "BARS. Rural Economy Veterinary science".

Execution of accompanying documents for transportation of animals and meat and dairy products in Tula region should be performed in forms 1,2,3,4 according to the results of laboratory researches entered into an accounting system. Until certificates are issued in paper form – the module "Certification" allows to print them on forms of Goznak. Transition of the region to electronic document management and integration of the regional database with federal, so, is in the long term planned that when transporting animals and passing customs or control road and on point duty, producers and suppliers should not confirm product quality by presentation of the certificate – the employee of customs or the inspector of traffic police will find it in a system.

Results of checks of farms, productions and sales points of meat and dairy products regarding compliance to sanitary standards will be registered in a system "BARS. Rural Economy Veterinary supervision". The solution is integrated with information resources of the Federal Tax Service through SIEI thanks to what operational information requests about legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are possible.

Collect the reporting from subordinated organizations in the online mode and transfer it to Department of veterinary science and livestock production of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation to Committee of veterinary science of Tula region the solution " will help BARS. Monitoring is Agriculture".

Will help analyze industry status indicators in the graphic type, most convenient for perception, "BARS. Analytics", adapted for smartphones and tablets.
