For the first time in Russia, they began to use concierge robots in their homes

Customers: Cortros (formerly Renova-StroyGroup)

Contractors: Unicorn

Project date: 2025/03

In Russia, for the first time, they began to use concierge robots in residential complexes. In 2024, the company "Cortros" together with the developers of the digital service Ujin introduced the first robot concierge in an apartment building. In the central lobby of the business class residential complex Headliner in the Presnensky district of Moscow, an intellectual assistant named "Ardi" appeared, who completely replaced the person at the reception desk. The robot is equipped with a facial recognition system, can answer questions from residents and guests, and is also integrated with digital home management services. The launch of the technology became known in March 2025.

The robot concierge is part of a comprehensive digital ecosystem of the quarter, based on the Ujin service for managing smart buildings. Thanks to this integration, Ardi not only interacts with residents and visitors, but also optimizes the management of the smart home system, parking and engineering communications of the building.

The use of artificial intelligence technologies and digitized business processes allows the robot to perform standard concierge duties with increased efficiency. Ardi can simultaneously serve several users: accept applications through a mobile application, record events and communicate with residents or guests through the intercom.

The developers paid special attention to security issues. The robotic concierge captures all events that occur and retains complete action records, which ensures access control and transparency of work. At the same time, the system takes into account the privacy of residents - each user can configure the parameters of interaction with the robot in accordance with their preferences.

An important technical advantage of Ardi is its ability to work autonomously, without a constant Internet connection. All key processes, including voice recognition and speech synthesis, occur inside the device itself, which increases the reliability and security of the system.[1]
