NKT will deliver "P7 Office" in educational institutions of the Vladimir region

2021: The agreement on delivery of the licenses "P7 Office"

The department of digital development of the Vladimir region and New Communication Technologies (NCT) company signed the agreement on cooperation. The agreement is directed to implementation of a task of digital transformation of the educational industry and assumes the promoting of the Russian office solutions provided by the national program "Digital Economy of Russia". It became known on January 15, 2021.

Within the agreement "New communication technologies" will non-paid provide to all educational institutions of the Vladimir region licenses for a packet of office solutions "P7 Office". Organizations are among 970 preschool, general education, organizations of additional education, secondary vocational education institutions and organizations for orphan children.

Pupils and teachers will get access to a packet of office programs, full-function and compatible to all formats, turning on editors of text documents, tables and presentations, preview players of images and video, the platform for joint work and also an organizer with the calendar and an e-mail client. The server version provides multi-user access and means of joint work over documents. There is a built-in chat, the mail server, a project management system, the platform for joint work. "P7 Office" is included in the register of domestic software.

Use by authorities and budgetary institutions in the work of mainly domestic software is provided by the federal draft "Information security" of the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation". "P7 Office" is a product of the Russian production which on functionality does not concede to foreign analogs. It is sure that use of licensed domestic software will make comfortable educational process. For an example, with its help it is perhaps easy to organize joint remote work of teachers and also to facilitate life to pupils having organized file sharing within educational process.

Use of "P7 Office" provides educational institutions to all necessary and also does them independent of the license policy of the foreign companies, and helps to reduce costs for software, - the CEO of JSC NKT Natalia Agafonova commented.
