2022: CSR Process Management with Directum RX
ALROSA has built an electronic archive and digitalized document flow using the Directum RX intelligent system. Directum (Directive) announced this on February 8, 2022. Now more than 92% of all documents of the ALROSA Group of Companies enter the system automatically, and processing one set of documents for an economic transaction takes the CSC less than one minute.
Digitalization covered 10 subsidiaries and 31 structural divisions of ALROSA. Every day in the ALROSA Group of Companies more than 2000 documents are created and transmitted to the SSC, 80% of which are personnel. As a result of the creation of a single electronic data warehouse, more than 92% of document packages do not require the participation of an SSC employee to save, search and communicate with the accounting system. As a result, it takes less than one minute to process one batch of documents.
Differentiation of access rights, versionality and storage of change history in Directum RX ensure the safety and security of documents. Scanned copies and electronic documents are reliably protected from removal by third parties. The system provides backup and recovery of lost data.
The movement of documents both within the SSC and from the structural divisions of ALROSA and subsidiaries to the SSC is digitalized. SLA control is provided. Automated reporting of various attributes and metrics. The labour intensity of SSC specialists for preparation of documents on tax, audit and other requests has been reduced.
The project has set up seamless integration between Directum RX and 1C: Accounting for SDC, HR BOSS, DV, streaming scanning system on ABBYY FineReader Server, SAP ERP, Active Directory, MTS Connector, Contour. External. Directum RX shows the source system where the document came from. Thanks to related links, the user can open the document in "1C: SDO accounting," without taking unnecessary actions and working in the usual interface.
As of February 2022, the company is working on organizing a long-term archive and connecting other subsidiaries to the CSC. ALROSA also plans to expand the use of the Directum RX platform to the contractual process, EDO for internal and external documents and replace the current EDMS system.
As a result of the project implementation and digitalization of processes, ALROSA implemented one of the main requirements for the transition to tax monitoring - the ability to "fail" from posting to document.
