Dzhast-bank selected the core banking system RS-Bank v. 5.5

The R-Style Softlab company — the domestic software provider for business working at the Russian market of bank automation — announced that Dzhast-bank as the main accounting system will use the core banking system RS-Bank v. 5.5.

Commenting on the choice of bank, the head of IT department of "Dzhast-bank" Alan Fedorov noted: "At making decision on installation of ABS bank practically did not consider the offer of other vendors, except R-Style Softlab. I have an extensive work experience with the systems of the RS-Bank family in other banks. From advantages of this core banking system the open architecture and, therefore, ample opportunities for own completions and also existence in it of all necessary regulated reporting especially attract it".

Important factor, according to Alan Fedorov, is also relative simplicity of a system that allows to perform it "full service, having currently narrow staff of IT employees". "Besides, the potential of a system will be able to provide with interest our needs for the future when volumes of services increase and new activities will appear" — he added.

According to R-Style Softlab, RS-Bank v. 5.5 — it is the new integrated version of a banking system focused as well as her predecessor — RS-Bank of version 5.0, on requirement of commercial banks of category SMB (Small and Medium Business).

For automation of the separate business directions of credit institutions in RS-Bank v. 5.5 specialized software packages are provided: RS-Loans (credit activity of bank), RS-Retail (retail banking services) and RS-Incounting (accounting economic transactions of bank). With their help accounting entries which are displayed in a system core form. At the same time all applications interact with a kernel of the core banking system and with each other. Modular organization of the core banking system RS-Bank v. 5.5 allows to carry out step-by-step implementation of its components, increasing functionality parallel to development of bank.
