Onlanta and First BIT created cloud storage system of personal data for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles

On December 17, 2018 reported to LANIT Group that Onlanta and First BIT created an accounting system and data storage of clients of the dealer centers based on "1C: Enterprise 8.0" and a cloud service of OnCloud.ru. A system contains data more than 40 thousand clients.

The Efsiey RUS company, the Russian division of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, needed storage system of client data in the Russian cloud in connection with entry into force of law No. 149-FZ "About information, information technologies and on data protection". According to it, personal data of the Russian citizens should be stored in databases in the territory of Russia. Before the company used the data which are in the territory of the European Union – on the dealer portal of FCA Linkentry concern.

The project was implemented in two stages. At the first stage specialists of The First BIT company unrolled a recording system of personal data based on "1C: Trade Management 8". The available personal data of clients transferred to the implemented information system and configured data exchange with the Internet portal of dealer network.

At the second stage specialists of ONLANTA company brought the created system into accord with FZ-152 "About personal data". The hardware and software system ONLANTA CLOUD SECURITY SYSTEM (DPC of OCSS) with data of clients citizens of the Russian Federation was unrolled in a cloud of OnCloud.ru. The complex is certified by the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control and Federal Security Service.

A system provides the third level of security of personal data. Unauthorized access to databases is interfered by the certified information security tools. Access rights to programs, directories and files in DPC are differentiated by OCSS. In addition to a hosting and protection of a system ONLANTA provides support of smooth operation of servers and the system software, including performs data backup.
