Already in March 2024, it has almost 15.5 thousand registered users, more than 10 thousand citizens' appeals have been worked out.

A single digital space combines the key information in the region needed to make management decisions. It is extremely important for us that the "Smart Region" will make it possible to make work with the appeals of residents more prompt and high-quality, "said Yegor Polyakov, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

The solution architecture is two key blocks. It is a municipal management platform with the main functional modules of urban management and a vertically integrated information and analytical system "Situation Center." Dozens of information systems are connected to the system as data sources, integration with the analytical reporting platform for data visualization has been carried out. All information flocks to the Situation Center of the region.

Access to the municipality management platform is provided to all municipalities of the Nizhny Novgorod region. In total, it has nine modules, including three basic modules of the system core and six functional ones. These are, for example, "City problems," which receives appeals and complaints from residents, "City cleaning" - with cartographic information and a daily schedule for cleaning roads and courtyards. The "Service Transport" module collects information online about the movements of cleaning equipment, public transport, emergency services.

The municipality management platform is one of the most important systems - providers of data on the activities of municipalities to the Situation Center, which, in turn, is a tool for visualizing analytical data, which helps to quickly make management decisions in various socially and economically important areas.

The IT resources of the data processing center of the Nizhny Novgorod region were provided, the network and server infrastructure were established, work was carried out to protect information. To scale the project, different platforms were considered. Based on the results of competitive procedures, RuSat Infrastructure Solutions JSC has developed an integrated digital platform. This is a 100% Russian product that takes into account import substitution requirements. It combines third-party systems and allows you to effectively manage urban infrastructure.
