2023: Implementation of SberKorus CEDO

The company SberKorus on June 16, 2023 announced the completion of the introduction of personnel document management for employees. inSales CEDO SberKorus 190 employees are connected to the service, half of whom work remotely.

The digitalization of personnel document management helped to speed up the process of signing documents by 70% and reduce the operating costs of the company for sending paper originals. Paper consumption in the personnel department decreased to four packages in six months, and the number of lost documents decreased to zero.

InSales employees got the opportunity to work and sign all documents in online format without the need to send paper originals by mail. Now labor contracts and confidentiality agreements, reception and transfer of equipment are drawn up in the EDC, applications for vacation are sent, additional agreements to labor contracts, business trip orders, as well as internal regulations, including those related to cybersecurity, are signed.

The use of electronic document management has made it much easier to hire and interact with both remote employees and those working in the office. The effectiveness of the decision was noted not only by the personnel department, but also by everyone who drew up documents through the system.

The introduction of CEDO in inSales began in June 2022. Already at the first stage, after training and signing an agreement on the processing of personal data, the company began to systematically transfer all employees and their processes to electronic format. As of June 2023, all basic documents are drawn up through the KEDO.

CEDO closes a very large part of the problems that arose earlier due to the obligation to draw up paper documents.
