The technology chain of JSC KAMAZ is the twelve large plants of automobile production. On the Naberezhnye Chelny industrial platform the metallurgy sector (the foundry and forge plants), the plant of engines, the press and frame, automobile, repair and instrumental plants, the industrial park "Master" and "Remdiesel" are located. The largest of affiliated enterprises outside the city Naberezhnye Chelny — JSC Neftekamsk Automotive Plant and JSC Tuymazinsky Plant of Auto Concrete Mixers in Bashkiria and also the Stavropol JSC Avtopritsep-KAMAZ.
For the ERP project at automobile plant the main was a task to build processes of production planning, internal logistics and over time to cover with this solution other plants of a technology chain in Naberezhnye Chelny.
