2024: Implementation of the Pulse platform

Sberbank helped the Kazan mayor's office to bring human resources to a new level of digitalization: all 2,000 employees of the department joined the Pulse HR platform. In it, they regularly solve personnel issues, sign up for training and pass it, pass tests, interact with colleagues from different departments, use a personal digital profile. Sberbank announced this on December 10, 2024.

Thanks to the Pulse tools - employee profile, 360 assessment, testing - the mayor's office has digitized part of the certification and assignment of class ranks. With the help of marathon functionality, a personnel reserve was formed. Together with Pulse, the organization started the practice of an HR environment - weekly face-to-face meetings at which HR specialists acquaint employees with all the advantages of work and activities.

Users are actively using Enterprise Portal. It publishes more than 20 posts a month for city hall employees: news, events, educational content. Managers in their work rely on daily analytics by departments and employees, which allows them to make timely decisions, respond to problems, and optimize processes.

In the future, the Kazan mayor's office plans to develop and upload author's educational content to the platform, build a system for determining results by goals, and also connect all subordinate units to Pulse in order to create a single space for personal development and direct interaction with colleagues.

{{quote 'author=said Natalia Dudina, Senior Vice President, Head of People and Culture at Sberbank. | Technology should help people solve complex problems, speed up data-driven decision-making, and increase efficiency and transparency of processes. The "pulse" in this regard is a very convenient platform: the interface is built around what is important to a person. Sber invests a lot of strength and knowledge in the development of practices for working with the team, and it is valuable for us that among the many HRTech solutions, the Kazan mayor's office chose Pulse,}}

{{quote 'author=noted Ilsur Metshin, mayor of Kazan. | Our team began to seriously engage in digitalization one of the first in Russia - 15 years ago. Kazan is consistently among the three leaders in the IQ Cities index, calculated within the framework of the Smart City project and the Digital Economy of Russia national project. Without a digital basis, we are not embarking on any project. Digitalization for us is not an end in itself, but one of the key tools for competing territories and improving the quality of management decisions. Working with personnel is no exception. We set ourselves the goal of switching to digitalization of the entire HR cycle to build a systematic work on attracting and developing personnel in the city hall. In solving these problems, we rely on the Pulse platform, which helps the Kazan team to work rhythmically as a single body. We saw new resources to find, interact and train employees to meet modern work standards, build effective communication between departments, and more. The widespread use of Pulse capabilities allows the Kazan team to remain one of the best employers in the republic,}}
