The mobile operator Kcell (Kazakhstan) summed up the results of the tender for delivery of the Mobility Marketing Platform platform. The winner announces EastWind company.
In the spring of 2014 the Kcell company announced the tender for implementation in the network of the Mobility Marketing Platform platform. To the operator the modern solution for development of service of mobile advertizing – a relevant trend of cellular business was required.
According to tender requirements, the deliverable solution had to include powerful analytical functionality for a research of behavior and needs of subscribers and effective tools for the organization of the advertizing campaigns based on data of such analysis.
On the tender tender Eastwind submitted the integrated complex platform of a system of the mobile advertizing EW AdTarget and an analysis system of social activity of subscribers of EW Social Analytics.
The solution proposed by Eastwind corresponded to tender criteria and had a number of powerful benefits under the terms and to delivery dates. It allowed Eastwind to enter at first a tender short list, and then, in November, 2014, to win a victory at a final stage of the tender.
In joint plans of the customer and vendor the implementation of the platform of mobile advertizing and further development of its opportunities directed to increase in business performance of Kcell.
Project Progress
On October 23, 2017 the Eastwind company announced stages of works in an implementation project of the platform of mobile marketing by request of Kcell operator. Under the terms of the tender the project was separated into two phases.
The first – a pilot project. During its implementation Eastwind showed to the operator of a system capability.
In the second phase Eastwind started commercial implementation of Mobile Marketing Platform.
Project Results
For October 23, 2017 the operator uses the functionality of a system implemented within a pilot project.
On the basis of the expanded analysis of a subscriber base Kcell segments audience and can see to 100 targeted marketing campaigns at the same time. At the same time, campaign manager constantly updates base and considers when holding campaigns of subscribers even if they are not entered into a billing system of the operator.
