2025: Switching to Directum RX

The transition to Directum RX ended in. All Moscow City Compulsory Health Insurance Fund (MGFOMS) processes and historical ones were transferred to the system, data additional functionality was implemented, integrations were configured and special reports were developed. This was Directum announced on May 22, 2025.

MGFOMS has been working on the basis of Directum 5 since 2017. The transition to another generation of the platform has become necessary for the development of processes. Directum RX supports intelligent document processing and can be adapted to organization processes using no/low-code tools.

The contractor for the project was Directum's partner, TANAiS. The team introduced the software in a short time under the state contract. At the first stage, specialists moved all current business processes from the previous system to Directum RX and migrated historical data. At the second stage, new processes were connected.

The implementation team has improved the work with correspondence and assignments. The system organized: registration and consideration of incoming letters and appeals of citizens, issuance of resolutions, coordination and registration of outgoing documents, memos, powers of attorney. We have developed specialized reports for the modules "Workflow" and "Citizens' Appeals."

With the help of Directum RX, the company works with organizational and administrative documentation: coordination, registration and control of the execution of orders, orders for basic activities, work with instructions and meetings, contracts. In addition, MGFOMS employees also began to use Agile boards in Directum RX for routine and design tasks.

TANAiS has finalized and configured Active Directory integrations for access control and P7-Office for online document editing. To work with citizens' appeals, the "Service of Insured Persons" subsystem was introduced, which automatically captures requests from e-mail. They also connected the Unified Journal of Citizens' Appeals from the SMO and the ССТУ.РФ website for authorities.
