Integration with the medical information system allows the voice robot to automatically record the patient for a doctor's appointment in real time, giving only up-to-date information on the availability of the recording, attachment of the patient, as well as call to confirm the recording. Based on the data received from the patient and from the IIA, the MedVox identifies the patient and individually adjusts the recording parameters.

It is planned that over 300 people per day will be recorded through the robot operator - this is an average of about 10,000 records per month. When calling, the patient calls the name and specialization of the doctor, and the IIA services allow you to choose the optimal date and time of admission, so recording is convenient and fast. Also, robot operators remind of the record, when calling the patient confirm or cancel the appointment.
