Throughout the year, Software Product LLC will provide technical support for the operation of the iMinistry of Transport module of the information and analytical system for regulating transport (ACS TC), operated by the federal state budgetary institution "Situation and Information Center of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation" ("SIC of the Ministry of Transport of Russia"). This was announced by the "Software Product" on January 26, 2024.

The iMinistry of Transport module is designed to solve the following tasks of the Ministry:

• Displaying information on the activities of the Ministry of Transport of Russia in tabular, graphic and textual form. The module provides data on the execution of orders and tasks, on the indicators of the legislative activity of the Ministry.
• Monitoring the execution of the federal budget, including in terms of carrying out work on the National Projects "Comprehensive Plan for the Modernization and Expansion of the Main Infrastructure" and "Safe Quality Roads."
• Provision of statistical and analytical data. transport industries
• Monitoring and analysis of media reports, Internet resources and social networks on the activities of the Ministry of Transport of Russia, as well as on other topics.
• Provision of data on passenger traffic in the context of the volume of passenger traffic of interregional and international traffic.
• Forming dashboards with reports with the ability to customize the visualization of data, filters, sets of statistical indicators and analytical slices.
• Displaying information about significant events and incidents on. transport

Technical support of the module is required to ensure uninterrupted operation of the TC ACS. The set of tasks includes carrying out planned preventive and repair and restoration work, troubleshooting and consulting users.

2022: Plan for the integration of the iMinistry of Transport application with State Automated System Management

On February 25, 2022, it became known about the implementation of the project for the integration of the mobile application "iMinistry of Transport" with the information systems (IS) of the Treasury and the internal systems of the Ministry of Transport. "iMinistry of Transport" should be part of the information and analytical system of regulation in transport (ACS TC). The application will aggregate data on the performance indicators of the ministry.

The mobile application "iMinistry of Transport" is equipped with support for Apple iPad. It is designed to display information on the number of accidents, passenger traffic and the transportation of goods in cities with a population of one million. Employees of the Ministry of Transport who hold senior positions will work with the application.

The tender for the integration of the iMinistry of Transport was published on February 15, 2022. Applications for the electronic auction were accepted until February 24, its results will be summed up on February 28. The maximum contract price may be 85.7 million rubles.

During the work, the contractor will have to integrate the "iMinistry of Transport" with the state automated information system of the Treasury "Management" (GASU).

Also, the future performer will have to develop a 3D dashboard, providing for a geographical substrate, to monitor cargo flows and passenger flows of air and railway transport in cities with a population of one million. In the terms of reference, the need for these works is justified by the convenience of the user to perceive complex information.

The 3D dashboard should display airports and railway stations in cities such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Omsk, etc. The application will also show cargo traffic and passenger traffic in these cities.

For the functioning of the mobile application tablets , Apple iPad should be used under OS iPadOS version 13 and higher, according to the terms of reference. The design of the sections of the application is being developed for display on iPad screens with a diagonal of 12.9 and 10.2 inches.

2021: Development of the mobile application "iMinistry of Transport"

The tender for the development of "iMinistry of Transport" was published on November 24, 2021. The customer was the federal state budgetary institution "Situation and Information Center of the Ministry of Transport." The work was completed at the end of December 2021. They were performed by the IBS expertise company. The contract value amounted to 155.9 million rubles. The starting price of the lot was set at 156.6 million rubles.

The application displays information on the execution of the budget of the Ministry of Transport, as well as data on the transportation of goods and passengers, the number of accidents and the number of dead and wounded. In addition, the "iMinistry of Transport" will contain information on the national projects of the ministry.

'iMinistry of Transport'is intended to provide the heads of the Ministry of Transport, its divisions, services and agencies, as well as subordinate institutions with data for making decisions in the area of ​ ​ responsibility of these officials, the terms of reference says.

For the functioning of the mobile application, Apple iPad tablets must be used.

Representatives of the Ministry of Transport could not answer whether only representatives of the leadership positions of the ministry work on the iPad, or other employees of the department are equipped with them^[1] of^[2].
