2020: Implementation of "Mobile client"
More than 2200 salons cellular communication "Beeline" can use mobile jobs now. On December 7, 2020 the company reported about it 1C. On tablets employees the mobile client of the platform is set"1C: Enterprise" using which it is possible not only to issue quickly sale of goods, but also to satisfy practically any needs of the client – to pick up a suitable product, to transfer the user to the necessary rate, to disconnect or connect service, to sign the agreement, to issue credit , etc. Software to expectations of company management, it will allow not only to accelerate service in shops of network, but also will completely change a format of communication with the client: the selling assistant will be able "to leave because of a rack" and to immediately service the buyer in any point of a trading floor.
"The mobile client" – an analog of the thin client for mobile devices which allows to work on the smartphone or the tablet practically with all functionality of the program on the 1C: Enterprise platform installed on the computer. At the same time information entered by the user on the mobile device, automatically without additional synchronization, remains in the general information base.
Increase in customer satisfaction became a main goal of implementation of the mobile client in Beeline network. It was for this purpose necessary to increase quantity of jobs in cellular shops, to provide service, uninterrupted, fast and convenient for visitors.
The 1C-Rarus company with which VimpelCom cooperates about five years helped to adapt the solution for requirements of Beeline network. The project team included specialists of both parties.
In 3 months in the Mobile client of 1C key functions were implemented: cash payment and card, sale of SIM cards, replenishment of balance, application of actions, crediting, registration of contracts, management of services. Integration with internal and external systems is executed: CRM, billing, etc. In April, 2020 the project was started in ten outlets of Beeline network, in June 500 cellular shops in Moscow and 50 in St. Petersburg are connected to the project.
For mobile customer service the consultant uses the tablet with the application and the terminal for purchase payment. At execution of the service provision agreement of communication of the tablet the QR code is displayed, the buyer reads out it using the smartphone and signs the electronic agreement on the screen of the electronic device. The electronic agreement is made out quicker, and it is more convenient to store it – clients have an access to documents in the My Beeline application (12+). Besides the agreement can be printed at office of service of the operator. According to security requirements the telecom operator has no right to hold on the mobile platform personal data of clients therefore after a purchase design all data of the client are transferred online to internal systems and immediately are removed from the tablet.
For December, 2020 development of mobile application of 1C for Beeline continues. In particular, integration with information systems of partners of the company is executed, additional functions are implemented: inventory of goods, biometric identification of employees, etc.
