"Pyaterochka#налету" opened in Moscow (Boulevard Velasquez, 2) in the pilot mode and is focused on generation of consumers whose priority are quick contactless purchases in convenience store. After results of the pilot and on the basis of a feedback the decision on scaling of a format will be made.

The shop ~ 80 sq.m works with the floor space from 7 a.m. till midnight. For an input it is necessary to use the Pyaterochka #налету application which is available in App Store and Google Play and to be registered using X5 ID. A system creates the dynamic QR code when which scanning the buyer can get to a trading floor without personnel where about 900 names of different products, including category "juice" and fresh coffee are submitted. The range forms taking into account a consumption format in the modern megalopolis – access to fresh and qualitative products, goods for every day using the advanced digital solutions and is the closest to the house.

In shop own X5 technology the express scan with a possibility of payment in the Pyaterochka#налету application using the bank card, the Apple Pay or Google Pay is used. If desired the buyer can use cash desk of self-service. For purchases points of the loyalty program of Pyaterochka network are charged - "Help out - the card".

The shop works by the principle of the smart home: the system of special sensors which can control an input, an exit, finding of buyers in an object, lighting acts on the basis of architecture of IoT (Internet of Things), ensure physical security. Price labels of shop - electronic thanks to what information on the cost of products can be loaded remotely. The outlet is equipped with the round-the-clock video surveillance system, in the application the special chat of support and a hot line are available.

All space of shop is under monitoring of video cameras that allows to exercise goods control using a neuronet, purchased or only removed from the shelf. The analysis is carried out in real time on all visitors at the same time.
