2020: Creation of the database for the German Red Cross
Specialists of ELAR digitized personal records of the German prisoners of war of World War II within the agreement between the Russian State archive (RGVA), the German Red Cross (GRC) and ELAR corporation what the last announced on February 8, 2021.
At the end of the 2020th year the works on scanning of personal records and creation of the automated database on the taken prisoner employees of the German Wehrmacht and the interned civilians for the purpose of clarification of their destinies and the notification of relatives were completed by the German Red Cross.
Within the next stage of cooperation which is conducted by GKK, RGVA and ELAR from 2004th year the staff of ELAR digitized documents from RGVA fund on the German citizens transferred to repatriation camp No. 69 in Frankfurt an der Oder and who died during convoy or soon after arrival in the camp. Transport and echelon lists for 1945 were scanned and indexed for creation of the electronic database on such fields as: number of fund, inventory, case, Full Name, year and birthplace, number, date and place of departure and purpose of an echelon, place of death/burial.
According to the Resolution state treasury bills of the USSR, from areas of the former fronts and rear camps of the country repatriations prisoners of war of the private and unter-officers and also civilians were subject, the place of collecting and transfer of the repatriated Germans announced camp No. 69 in Frankfurt an der Oder. Till February, 2021 complete data on the fate of Germans which were sent in the 1945th of the USSR home, no. Researchers only noted that repatriations, many of lists, died at ways or on site appointments, in echelons was many patients and physically weakened prisoners of war. The created database will help the German Red Cross to clear the fate of the compatriots.

Digitization of a card file of the Hungarian prisoners of war and interned in the USSR
Within the tripartite agreement on sci-tech cooperation between the Russian state military archive, National archive of Hungary and Fund of support of national projects the card file of the Hungarian prisoners of war and interned in the USSR is digitized. On December 11, 2019 the Elar company reported about it.
More than 600,000 typewritten and hand-written cards containing the information about the Hungarian prisoners of war and interned are transferred to an electronic form. The database contains information on a surname, a name, a middle name, birth date and birth place of citizens of Hungary, a military rank, date and the place of capture, depending on the fate of the specific person, date and the reason of leaving, date of death and the place of burial. The information resource is created in the Russian and English languages.
The project of creation of the electronic database has scientific and humanitarian character. It, undoubtedly, will be demanded by historians of World War II, families (relatives), first of all the dead and missing prisoners of war, for refining of fate of the relatives and also search services of Hungary (The Hungarian Red Cross, etc.), speaks the Associate director of the Russian State Military of Archive (RSMA) Vladimir Nikolaevich Kuzelenkov

On January 16, 2019 ELAR company completed digitization in the Russian State Military Archive (RSMA).
According to the company, in RGVA the works on scanning and indexation of documents of fund 4, the inventory 12 under the general orders PBCP, PBC CCCP, NPO of the USSR, MVS USSR, VM USSR, MO USSR for 1918 - 1953 Specialists of ELAR are completed more than 143 thousand pages of the documents primary sources relating to especially valuable and unique copies were scanned. It is entered information at the level of the case/document indexed) – 37,735 document titles and annexes to them. The project is executed within the federal target program "Culture of Russia (2012-2018)".
