2023: RPA in energy holding: robotization of RusHydro Group

At the first stage of the project, it was necessary to automate the processing of requests and documentation, as well as the process of organizing audio and video conferencing in the holding companies. Software robots were then implemented in the departments of economic planning and accounting.

Now in the industrial operation of companies software robots:

  • form primary documents and reconciliation certificates for counterparties;
  • draw up acts, invoices and invoices to reflect revenue in 1C;
  • distribute user requests to responsible groups;
  • Allocate numbers for audio and video conferencing.

At the stages of pilot operation are robots that:

  • forming and storing inventory records;
  • monitor user requests to the Naumen Service Desk and put them into operation with subsequent closure;
  • are formed and downloaded to 1C of the 2-NDFL help.

In 2023, as part of the second stage of the project, PJSC RusHydro deployed software robots that:

  • classify and monitor user requests in the service desk system;
  • performing a number of routine operations in the resource management and scheduling system;
  • forming and sending primary accounting documents to counterparties;
  • Report operations and inventory.

Project results:

  • ROBIN software robots monthly reduce two days of labor in the Department of Economic Planning of RusHydro;
  • Transfer of data on electricity generation to the FAS portal now takes place in automatic mode;
  • Only in terms of user requests for January 2023, the robot processed 28% of 13 thousand applications;
  • Significantly reduced the number of errors in the processing of applications.
