2023: Automation of fulfillment centers with TopLog WMS

Russian Post automated its fulfillment centers using the domestic Warehouse Management System (WMS) from Toplog. Thanks to this WMS, Mail will offer both large businesses and individual entrepreneurs not just warehouse space, but a comprehensive service. The total area of warehouses transferred under the control of TopLog WMS is 26,750 square meters. m. This was announced by the Russian Post on February 8, 2023.

Now the Mail fulfillment centers are already at the start of work fully automated and ready for integration with the client's IT systems. At each warehouse, all processes were digitalized: unloading, reception, transfer to the temporary storage area, labeling, packaging, sorting, consolidation and shipment. TopLog WMS can process up to 300,000 orders per day at all Russian Post fulfillment areas.

The client will be able to connect to the system through the API and in a mode close to real time, track the number of remaining goods, transactions with them, and load the necessary documents.

To expand the basic functionality of WMS, IT specialists integrated additional modules: "Billing," "Information panels," "Preparation of shipping documents," "Universal exchange bus" and a number of others. TopLog WMS is connected to several Mail information systems, including WCS-warehouse control system, RPS-order routing system, B2B-service "Sending."
