2024: Implementation of VK Tax Compliance

Russian Post is optimizing accounting and control processes thanks to VK technologies: the logistics operator will connect to the VK Tax Compliance tax monitoring platform. The decision will increase the openness of the Post's corporate governance. This was announced by the Russian Post on June 6, 2024.

The corresponding agreement was signed by the general director of the Russian Post Mikhail Volkov and the general director of VK Vladimir Kiriyenko.

The VK Tax Compliance platform is integrated with Tax-3 AIS and internal Post systems, which simplifies the control of the company's tax reporting by the Federal Tax Service of Russia. Mail transfers all the necessary information to the online showcase, and the department automatically receives up-to-date information. The solution will help you store and process the data necessary for reporting, manage it across all subsidiaries, and conveniently build processes for employees.

In addition to cooperation in the field of tax monitoring, companies are working on solutions to optimize the IT infrastructure and HR processes of the Russian Post.
