2022: Directum 5 to Directum RX Transition Summary

GC "Russian Field" shared the results of the transition from the ECM system Directum 5 to Directum RX. This was announced on September 20, 2022 by Directum.

The management company of the Russian Field Group of Companies back in 2016 transferred work with contracts to Directum. Three years later, in 2019, an updated generation of the platform entered the market - the Directum RX intelligent system. The IT division of the agricultural holding praised its functionality and interface. It was decided to make the transition to the updated platform. After the transition to the updated platform, 330 employees create more than 20 thousand documents and over 13 thousand tasks in the Directum RX system annually. Users note the convenience of the interface and the wide capabilities of the Directum Jazz mobile application.

Thanks to the close cooperation of Directum specialists with the Russian Field IT service, the transformation took place quickly. Only two months passed from the moment of the first kick-off meeting to pilot operation.

The implementation team, consisting of specialized specialists of the agricultural holding, with the support of Directum experts, transferred contracts, appendices and additional agreements, counterparty documents and other materials to the updated system. During the project, experts analyzed the contract approval scheme and developed updated regulations. For ordinary employees, migration was painless.

After the successful "move" to Directum RX, the digital transformation within the Russian Field agricultural holding continued.

During the pandemic, users appreciated the convenience of working with the system through remote access and the Directum Jazz mobile application. The company's specialists have created their own instructions and training videos for beginners.

Also, the agricultural holding has developed an additional procedure for coordinating the counterparty, which provides for a ban on the creation of an agreement with an unverified contractor.

The range of use of the system in business processes has expanded - coordination of memos for various purposes has been connected (as part of business trips, bonuses, appointment of material assistance, marketing activities, etc.).
