2023: How SushiVyosla accelerated warehouse processes 4 times with Kleverens mobile solutions
'Paper hell ': When overhead notes accumulate faster than sushi is prepared
SushiVyosla is a federal chain with 120 + restaurants in 25 cities. But behind bright dishes and quick orders there was a problem: the accounting of raw materials turned into a nightmare.
Storekeepers manually entered data on deliveries in "1C: Tavern" - names, quantity, expiration dates. Errors, reassortment, lost invoices... The accounting department could not write off the leftovers, and the cooks could not get the ingredients on time.
Accepting the goods took more time than cooking the ordered dishes. Attempts to optimize the process failed: they scanners barcodes did not even save.
Frustration: Previous systems haven't solved problems
Attempts to restore order resembled a fight against hydra: one problem was solved - two new ones appeared. Neither the transition to "1C: ERP" nor stationary scanners saved the main thing - the human factor and paperwork.
SushiVyosla has tried several different options to optimize accounting:
- We switched from "1C: Tavern" to "1C:ERP," but manual data entry remained.
- They installed stationary barcode scanners - the acceptance speed has not changed.
- With the introduction of dairy labeling, a new handmade stage arose: products with DataMatrix codes had to be transferred to the office for verification.
| The customer realized: you can't do without mobile accounting, Darya Kotova, Head of Retail Automation at First Bit.
|
And let's try this...
When patience burst, and the marking of milk finally finished off the employees, SushiVesli realized that a fundamentally different approach was needed. They became a mobile solution that worked right in the warehouse without office delays.
Of all the options on the market, we settled on "Warehouse 15 GROCERY" from Cloverens, because:
- The software supports several types of labeling (including water and milk) without switching between modes.
- It works at Newland MT65 terminals - without freezes and with a long charge.
- The data is immediately automatically sent to "1C," excluding double input.
| This software completely closes the basic needs business for mobile accounting, Sergey Nesterov, programmer of the company "First Bit."

Implementation in 2 days and unexpected breakdown
Even the most thoughtful projects are not immune to surprises. When implementing the Kleverens system, the team faced a technical failure that could disrupt all deadlines. But it was at this moment that the well-coordinated work of the specialists of the "First Bit" and the technical support of the mobile software developer appeared.
The process was launched quickly, but not without difficulties:
- The problem: "The COM connector broke" - the license was not put.
- Solution: Cleverens's technical support promptly repaired everything.
| Opened accesses, set up an exchange by Wi-Fi - and in 2 days the system started working, Mikhail Chikalo, Senior Sysadmin "SushiVosel."
|
Acceptance accelerated 4 times
The first days of the system were reminiscent of personnel from a fantastic film: what used to take hours now fit into minutes. Marking has ceased to be a nightmare, and accounting for the first time in a long time sighed freely.
After implementation:
- Errors disappeared due to manual input.
- Checking the marking of milk began to take 10-15 minutes instead of 3 hours.
- The accounting department received accurate data in real time.
| Now storekeepers immediately see inconsistencies in the labeling - and correct them in place, Darya Kotova.
|
Plans: scaling to all warehouses
The success exceeded all expectations of the SushiWösel leadership. The loss of invoices and re-sorting have disappeared, expiration dates are controlled automatically, labeling is no longer a headache, and the accounting department receives accurate data in real time.
What began as a local experiment turned into a strategic project. The successful pilot convinced the company to expand its use of the system. Therefore:
- Ordered 2 additional shipping documentations.
- Preparing to purchase 10 more devices.
| Kleverens not only optimized acceptance. If earlier storekeepers ruled mistakes for days, now everything is fixed in place. And even de facto all the requirements of the Honest Sign are met, since Kleverens monitors all changes and updates the software in a timely manner, |
