Tander upgrades technologies of network trade

2015

On May 13, 2015 the NCR corporation announced results of the tender held by the Magnet network based on which NCR delivered the companies of cash desk of self-service.

In this NCR project in partnership with the Stroke company builds in fiscal solutions software of cash desks of self-service, New Vision supports integration with the operating Magnet infrastructure.

At the first stage of cooperation of the Magnet and NCR, until the end of 2015, it is going to set cash desks of self-service in 40 hypermarkets of network.

Magnit hypermarket, 2014

On a test stage the NCR corporation showed the project of installation of cash desks of self-service in two different Magnet hypermarkets: in Krasnodar where more than 800 thousand inhabitants, and live in Tuapse, with the population less than 100 thousand.

"Cash desks of self-service still remain the new concept in Russia, - Andrey Pinkevich, the head of the Russian division of retail of NCR noted. — Tests showed that the new technology drew attention of buyers and it was demanded. Thanks to cash desks of self-service clients of shops of the Magnet will be able to pay purchases in the mode, convenient for them, and process will become interesting and faster".

2016

In May, 2016 the NCR corporation announced cooperation increase with Magnit company on installation of cash desks of self-service in shopping facilities of retail network. The project is implemented based on NCR Fastlane SelfServ Checkout using the corresponding software, fiscal printers from the partner of NCR of the Stroke company and also integration support of New Vision company.

About 2000 devices will be installed in most hypermarkets of Magnit network. Cash desks will be located in the special selected self-service zones.
